Sedangkan untuk kesesuaian obat yang ada di Formularium Nasional dengan yang ada di e-catalogue rata-rata mencapai 94,67% Pengadaan Belanja Obat-obatan berdasarkan e-purchasing dana yang terealisasi pada tahun 2017 92,91%, tahun 2018 96%, Sedangkan di tahun 2019 sebesar 99,31%. Dana yang terealisasi melalui e-purchasing berdasarkan besaran anggaran tahun 2017 65,46%, tahun 2018 71,47% dan Tahun 2019 54,09%. Kesimpulan : Perencanaan Obat di Instalasi Farmasi Dinas Kesehatan belum maksimal karena di RKO masih terdapat item obat yang merupakan bukan obat essensial. sementara realisasi dana untuk anggaran terhadap pengadaan melalui e-purchasing selama 3 tahun pengadaan hanya mencapai rata-rata 63,67% dan dana yang terealisasi sesuai RKO hanya mencapai 80,01%. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan data sekunder (rekam medik). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pasien yang mengalami pulpitis paling banyak terjadi pada perempuan 154 orang (64,5%), sedangkan laki-laki 85 orang (35,5%), pasien yang mengalami pulpitis paling tinggi pada usia remaja 83 orang(34,6%) dan yang paling sedikit pada usia manula 13 orang(5,4%), pulpitis paling banyak terjadi pada gigi posterior 231 orang(88,3%), sedangkan pada gigi anterior 28 orang(11,7%), pulpitis paling banyak terjadi pada gigi permanen 211 orang(96,7%), sedangkan gigi sulung 8 orang(3,3%), tindakan yang paling banyak dilakukan terhadap pasien yng mengalami pulpitis yaitu medikasi 104 orang(43,5%), perawatan 83 orang(34,7%), pencabutan gigi 23 orang(9,6%), rujukan 15 orang(6,2%), konsultasi 14 orang(5,8%). Dengan ini perlu dilakukan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat, agar masyarakat wilayah puskesmas Ariodillah mengerti tentang kesehatan gigi dan mulut sehingga mengurangi terjadinya penyakit pulpitis. Asthma is a serious global health problem that needs to be addressed. The incidence of asthma sufferers from countries experiencing asthma disorders so that if it is not controlled it can increase the morbidity rate, the symptoms will get worse and interfere with daily activities and can be fatal. Methods : The design of this study used a descriptive method in the form of a case study, the subjects taken were 2 respondents, namely families with asthma sufferers with ineffective airway clearance problems in the 23 Ilir Health Center area of Palembang in March 2022. The data of this study were taken using an assessment format. , interview, observation. The analysis was carried out descriptively and presented in a narrative manner.
