Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskritif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 orang dewasa dengan diagnosa post op appendisitis. Perlakukan dilakukan secara langsung dengan pengkajian awal pada mengurangi nyeri dan selanjutnya intervensi pemberian teknik distraksi nafas ritmik. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa setelah dilakukan intervensi keperawatan selama 5 kali secara berturut-turut terjadi penurunan nyeri yang lebih cepat dari waktu penyembuhan dengan menggunakan obat lain. Kepada institusi pelayanan kesehatan diharapkan dapat meningkat kualitas asuhan keperawatan yang berfokus pada pasien dengan terus mengoptimalkan SOP dalam setiap melakukan tindakan keperawatan. Kata Kunci: apendisiti,nyeri,teknik distraksi nafas ritmik ABSTRACT Appendicitis is the most common surgery. Even though it occurs at any age, but it most often found in young adults. Before the antibiotic was invented, the mortality of the disease was high. Distraction is the process of diverting the patient attention to other things so that his awareness of pain can be reduced, even increasing his tolerance to pain. The study aimed to determine the process of reducing pain in patients with postoperative appendicitis after the application of rhythmic breath distraction techniques in the Cempaka Room of Dr. Sobirin Hospital, Musi Rawas Regency. This was a descriptive stud using a case study approach. Subjects in this study were two adults with a diagnosis of postoperative appendicitis. The treatment involved with the initial assessment of the pain level and the intervention of rhythmic breath distraction techniques. The results show that after five consecutive nursing interventions, there was a decrease in pain level, which was quicker than the healing time of the other drugs. Therefore, it can be suggested to the health service institutions to improve the quality of patient-focused nursing care by continuously optimizing SOP in every nursing care. Krim adalah suatu salep yang berupa emulsi kental mengandung tidak kurang dari 60% air, dimaksudkan untuk pemakaian luar. Krim yang dibuat menggunakan ekstrak rumput gandum (Triticum aestivum L.) yang mengandung flavonoid, tannin, zinc, dan vitamin E yang berkhasiat sebagai antioksidan dengan kombinasi TEA sebagai emulgator. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi TEA yang optimal untuk menghasilkan krim ekstrak rumput gandum (Triticum aestivum L.) yang stabil dan memenuhi persyaratan. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental. Dimana ekstrak rumput gandum (Triticum aestivum L.) diformulasikan dalam sediaan sebesar 3,8% dengan variasi TEA sebagai emulgator dengan konsentrasi (2%;2,5%;3%) pada setiap formula. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji kestabilan fisik selama 28 hari penyimpanan meliputi pH, viskositas, daya sebar, pemisahan fase, tipe emulsi, homogenitas, warna, bau, dan iritasi kulit. Hasil : Dari metode maserasi didapat rendemen 6,646 %. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi krim ekstrak Rumput Gandum (Triticum aestivum L.) ditinjau dari pH keempat formula memenuhi syarat berkisar antara 7,49-6,60, viskositas memenuhi syarat berkisar antara 25.657-47.701 cP, daya sebar memenuhi berkisar antara 6,8-5,1, lalu ditinjau dari pemisahan fase, tipe emulsi, warna, bau, dan iritasi kulit keempat formula memenuhi syarat selama 28 hari penyimpanan kecuali homogenitas yang tidak memenuhi syarat yang disebabkan terdapatnya gelembung. Tuberkulosis paru adalah suatu penyakit kronis menular yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium Tuberkulosis dan merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang masih perlu mendapat perhatian yang serius dari pemerintah maupun lapisan masyarakat karena dapat menyebabkan kematian. Di puskesmas 23 ilir palembang pada tahun 2017 yang terkonfirmasi bakteriologis BTA+ yaitu sebanyak 8 orang laki-laki dan 4 orang perempuan dengan dugaan penderita TB Paru sebanyak 164 orang yaitu 86 laki-laki dan 78 perempuan. Adapun tujuan studi kasus ini untuk mampu mengimplementasikan latihan batuk efektif, dan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan kepada keluarga mengenai penyakit tuberkulosis paru. Subyek studi kasus ini adalah dua orang pasien dan keluarga pasien tuberkulosis paru dengan masalah ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan napas. Studi kasus dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas 23 Ilir Palembang Tahun 2019 yaitu di rumah keluarga Tn.Z dan Tn.A. Studi kasus dilakukan dengan kunjungan rumah selama 3 kali kunjungan untuk memberikan implementasi keperawatan keluarga pada keluarga dari tanggal 13 April – 15 April 2019. Pada saat pengkajian didapatkan pasien batuk dan mengalami sesak. High blood pressure (hypertension) can be treated with pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies, for example, complementary therapy of herbal water decoction of salam leaves. Purpose : This study is to determine the effect of giving boiled water of salam leaves to the elderly with hypertension at the Harapan Kita Elderly Social Home in Palembang City in 2021. Method : This study is a type of experimental research using a research design in the form of quasi-experimental non-equivalent control groups. The sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling with 30 respondents, 15 treatment groups and 15 control groups. Collecting data by measuring blood pressure using a sygmanometer and stethoscope with the Mann Whitney statistical test. Result : From the results of the Mann Whitney statistical test, it showed that the average systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the treatment group before administration of boiled water of salam leaves was 153.33 mmHg and diastolic was 92.00 mmHg, while after treatment with boiled water, the average systolic blood pressure was 141.33 mmHg. and diastolic 83.33 mmHg respondents.
