(yulianto,2011) Stroke merupakan masalah neurologik primer di AS dalam tahun 2010 stroke menduduki peringkat ketiga penyebab kematian setelah kanker dan jantung. Sebanyak 5,7 juta jiwa di dunia sudah terjangkit stroke pada tahun 2015. Terdapat kira-kira 2 juta orang bertahan hidup dari stroke yang mempunyai beberapa kecacatan dari angka ini 40% memerlukan bantuan dalam aktivitas kehidupan sehari-hari. Pada kasus yang tidak meninggal dapat terjadi beberapa kemungkinan seperti stroke berulang (recurrent stroke), dementia, dan depresi. Tujuan dari laporan tugas akhir ini adalah memberikan latihan ROM Pasif pada klien stroke di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Sukaraya Metode : Desaine penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan ceklist. Sample yang diambil sebanyak 2 responden yang menderita stroke. Data penelitian ini diambil dari data UPTD Puskesmas Sukaraya. Hasil: Hasil Penelitian keperawataan pada Ny. J dan Ny. F yang menderita stroke dengan diagnosis gangguan mobilitas fisik cukup berhasil di buktikan dengan terjadi peningkatan kekuatan otot klien dan tidak terjadi kekakuan sendi lagi setelah di lakukan ROM pasif. Kesimpulan : Melihat hasil penelitian ini makaperlu adanya dukungan dari keluarga untuk melaksanakan dan mengaplikasikan ilmu yang telah diberikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari secara berkesinambungan agar tidak terjadi kekakuan sendi kembali.
