Penatalaksanaan perawatan infusyang signifikan pada kedua subjek. Sebelum dilakukan intervensi keperawatan pemasangan dan perawatan infus yang dialami oleh kedua subjek yaitu subjek I BAB 10 x/hari dan subjek II BAB 7x/hari, setelah 3 hari intervensi diberikan secara berturut-turut, mendapat terapi infus pada penyakit gastroenteritis, setelah dilakukanpemasangandan perawatan infuspada kedua subyek selama tiga hari berturut turut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan perawatan infus tidak ada tanda-tanda infeksi dan BAB berkurang,subjek I BAB 3x/hari dan subjek II BAB 1x/hari Untuk tenaga kesehatan sebagai intervensi khususnya di Puskesmas Muara Beliti Kabupaten Musi Rawas dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan dengan SOP (Standar Operational Prosedure) dalam setiap melakukan tindakkan perawatan infus pada pasien gastroenteritis. Kata Kunci : Gastroentritis, Perawatan Infus ABSTRACT Gastroenteritis is a change in the function of a large element which is characterized by excretion of feces of more than 200 grams / day, usually a liquid, soft or semi-solid consistency with more frequency of defecation. The purpose of this study was to find out in gastroenteritis patients after nursing action the application of infusion treatment at the Musi Rawas District Inpatient Puskesmas in 2018. This research method used a case study design using nursing care approaches namely assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation . Significant infusion care management in both subjects. Prior to the nursing intervention, the installation and treatment of infusions experienced by both subjects were subjects I chapter 10 x / day and subject II chapter 7 x / day, after 3 days of interventions were given consecutively, received infusion therapy for gastroenteritis, after installation and treatment of infusions on both subjects for three consecutive days can be concluded that with the treatment of infusion there are no signs of infection and reduced bowel movement, subject I chapter 3x / day and subject II chapter 1 x / day For health workers as an intervention, especially in the Muara Health Center Beliti Musi Rawas Regency in providing nursing care with SOP (Standard Operational Procedures) in every treatment of infusion in patients with gastroenteritis.
