Dengan metode penulisan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data, dengan 2 klien yang terkena penyakit Diabetes Melitus. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengukur glukosa darah yaitu menggunakan alat glukometer. Didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa penatalaksanaan untuk mengatasi ketidakstabilan kadar glukosa darah pada klien diabetes melitus bisa dilakukan dengan penerapan tekhnik senam kaki. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya perubahan terhadap glukosa darah pada klien diabetes melitus sebelum dan sesudah melakukan penerapan senam kaki. Penerapan senam kaki diabetes ini dapat digunakan untuk memperlancar peredaran darah bagian kaki dan mencegah terjadinya pembengkakan dan luka pada kaki. Peneliti selanjutnya disarankan dapat menambah jumlah responden sehingga dapat menurunkan kadar glukosa darah lebih banyak dari penelitian ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku menggosok gigi dan kejadian karies gigi pada anak di SD Negeri 02 bumiayu tahun 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 75 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian inimenggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat perilaku anak dengan kriteria baik 22,7%, kriteria sedang 44%, dan kriteria buruk 33,3%. Sementara, gambaran DMF-T yaitu kriteria sangat rendah 38 anak (50,7%), kriteria rendah 24 anak (32%), kriteria sedang 13 anak (17,3%), kriteria tinggi dan kriteria sangat tinggi terdapat 0 anak (0%), sedangkan gambaran def-t yaitu kriteria sangat rendah 18 anak (24%), kriteria rendah 12 anak (16%), kriteria sedang 21 anak (28%),kriteria tinggi 16 anak (21,3%), dan kriteria sangat tinggi 8 anak (10,7%). Penyebab dari penyakit dermatofitosisi ini adalah jamur dermatofita yang dapat tumbuh dengan optimal pada suhu 15-35°C pada kulit manusia yang hangat dan lembab, sehingga dermatofitosis umumnya dapat lebih banyak ditemukan di negara tropis dan subtropis. Fracture pain is a problem that often occurs in postoperative fracture patients. The problem raised in this case study is acute pain in postoperative fracture patients. The purpose of this case study is to implement pain management in postoperative fracture patients. Methods : The design of this research is descriptive in the form of a case study. The approach used is a nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnoses, planning, implementation, evaluation, and nursing documentation. The subjects in this study were 2 people with the same criteria, namely postoperative fracture patients. This research was conducted at Siti Fatimah Hospital, South Sumatra Province, on March 18, 2022 and April 5, 2022. Results : The results showed that pain management with non-pharmacological techniques in the form of deep breath relaxation was effective for reducing pain in postoperative fracture patients, in patient 1 before pain management was carried out with non-pharmacological techniques in the form of breath relaxation techniques on a pain scale 6, after deep breathing relaxation techniques were carried out as many as 3-5 times then the pain scale becomes 4. Meanwhile for patient 2 before pain management with non-pharmacological techniques in the form of breath relaxation techniques on a pain scale of 7 are carried out, after 3-5 deep breath relaxation techniques are carried out, the pain scale becomes 4. Conclusion : It is hoped that it can apply and develop the implementation of deep breathing relaxation techniques for adaptation to postoperative fracture pain so that postoperative fracture patients will feel relaxed and reduce pain. Berdasarkan jenis rokok, rata-rata jumlah trombosit pada mahasiswa perokok filter adalah 246.125/mm3, sedangkan pada mahasiswa perokok non filter adalah 266.250/mm3. Berdasarkan kategori perokok, rata-rata jumlah trombosit pada mahasiswa perokok ringan 247.800/mm3, pada mahasiswa perokok sedang 260.000/mm3 dan pada mahasiswa perokok berat 237.000/mm3. Berdasarkan lama merokok, rata-rata jumlah trombosit pada mahasiswa yang merokok ≤5 tahun adalah 242.000/mm3, sedangkan pada mahasiswa yang merokok ˃5 tahun adalah 258.357/mm3. Background: Hallucinations are the client's perception of the environment without a real stimulus, meaning that the patient interprets something that is not real without external stimuli. There are several types of hallucinations, one of which is auditory hallucinations. Auditory hallucinations are auditory hallucinations, which are hallucinations with the occurrence of stimulus disturbances where the patient hears people's voices as if they are talking about what is on his mind and orders him to do something that can harm the patient. Methods: This research design uses a descriptive method. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with 3 respondents, namely patients with auditory hallucinations who were treated at the Mitra Mulia Banyuasin Foundation, South Sumatra. The research data was taken by using interviews and observation. The results of data collection are presented in the form of tables and narratives. Results: Nursing implementation for auditory hallucinations is carried out through psychoreligious dhikr therapy efforts carried out through BHSP activities and information on efforts and prevention to train patients to do dhikr psychoreligious therapy, facilitate patients to carry out psychoreligious dhikr therapy, and monitor patient evaluations. And the results show that the patient can control the hallucinations he hears.
