Gambaran laboratorium yang sering ditemukan pada pemeriksaan darah lengkap yaitu nilai laju endap darah yang tidak normal. Mekanisme kerja obat anti tuberkulosis, dapat menyebabkan penurunan metabolisme, gangguan asupan makan dan penurunan kadar hemoglobin dan nilai laju endap darah tidak normal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran nilai laju endap darah pada pasien tuberkulosis paru yang mendapat terapi obat anti tuberkulosis dengan variabel umur, jenis kelamin, dan fase pengobatan. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah 43 pasien tuberkulosis paru di Rumah Sakit Khusus Paru Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Pemeriksaan menggunakan metode Westergren. Hasil penelitian dari 43 sampel didapatkan 17 sampel (39,5%) normal dan 26 sampel (60,5%) tidak normal. Berdasarkan umur, dari 31 sampel kategori tidak beresiko (≤ 50 tahun) didapatkan sebanyak 17 sampel (54,8%) dengan laju endap darah tidak normal. Berdasarkan jenis kelamin, dari 13 sampel kategori perempuan didapatkan 10 sampel (76,9%) dengan laju endap darah tidak normal. Berdasarkan fase pengobatan, dari 27 sampel kategori fase lanjutan (tidak ≥ 4 bulan) sebanyak 14 sampel (51,9%) dengan laju endap darah tidak normal. Disarakan kepada pasien tuberkulosis paru untuk melakukan pemeriksaan laju endap darah secara rutin. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat melakukan penelitian dengan subjek berbeda. Keadaan ini menyebabkan penderita mengalami hiperglikemia atau kelebihan gula darah. Pada penyakit diabetes, kondisi kadar gula darah yang berlebihan dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan jangka panjang, disfungsi dan kegagalan, berbagai organ, terutama tinja, ginjal, saraf, jantung, dan pembuluh darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar glukosa darah sebelum dan setelah dilakukan penerapan senam kaki. Dengan metode penulisan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data, dengan 2 klien yang terkena penyakit Diabetes Melitus. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengukur glukosa darah yaitu menggunakan alat glukometer. Didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa penatalaksanaan untuk mengatasi ketidakstabilan kadar glukosa darah pada klien diabetes melitus bisa dilakukan dengan penerapan tekhnik senam kaki. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya perubahan terhadap glukosa darah pada klien diabetes melitus sebelum dan sesudah melakukan penerapan senam kaki. Penerapan senam kaki diabetes ini dapat digunakan untuk memperlancar peredaran darah bagian kaki dan mencegah terjadinya pembengkakan dan luka pada kaki. Peneliti selanjutnya disarankan dapat menambah jumlah responden sehingga dapat menurunkan kadar glukosa darah lebih banyak dari penelitian ini.
