Sekitar 3 - 4% bayi berada dalam posisi ini ketika lahir. Karena risiko persalinan normal pada bayi dengan posisi sungsang lebih tinggi dibandingkan bayi dengan posisi normal, maka umumnya persalinan akan dilakukan dengan bedah caesar. Hal ini karena risiko kematian dan cacat / kecelakaan pada pertolongan persalinan bayi letak sungsang lewat vagina jauh lebih tinggi (4 kali lebih besar) dari persalinan spontan bayi letak kepala. Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan meningkatnya persalinan dengan letak sungsang diantaranya oleh faktor usia ibu yang < 20 tahun atau > 35 tahun, dan kehamilan multiparitas pada ibu hamil dengan paritas 4 atau lebih. Namun saat ini ada berbagai cara untuk memutar posisi bayi secara alami, diantaranya dengan melakukan pose yoga Adho Mukha Svanasana yang bisa merangsang janin memposisikan kepalanya kebawah dan posisi knee chest. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh posisi knee chest dan pose yoga Adho mukha svanasana terhadap reposisi letak sungsang pada ibu hamil trimester III di bidan pratik mandiri kota Palembang tahun 2019. Metode penelitian menggunakan quasi experimental dengan One - Shot Case Study design. Dari hasil penelitian di dapat pada kelompok perlakuan Adho Mukha Svanasana dari 18 responden terdapat 15 responden (83,3 %) janin mengalami reposisi yang semula presentasi bokong menjadi presentasi kepala. Sedangkan pada kelompok perlakuan posisi knee chest dari 18 responden hanya 3 responden yang mengalami reposisi sedangkan 14 responden (77,8%) janin tetap pada presentasi bokong atau tidak mengalami reposisi. About 3-4% of babies in this position compile are born. Because the risk of a normal delivery in infants in the breech position is higher than for babies in the normal position, general delivery will be performed by cesarean section. This is because the risk of death and damage to the delivery of breech babies in the breech through the vagina is much higher (than 4 times greater) than the spontaneous labor of the baby's head. Many factors that cause breech deliveries are conveyed by maternal age factors <20 years or> 35 years, and multiparity pregnancies in pregnant women with parity of 4 or more. But now there are several ways to reverse the position of the baby as a whole, denying the yoga pose of Adho Mukha Svanasana which can stimulate the fetus to position downward and knee position. Knee position and yoga poses Adho Mukha Svanasana towards the position of pregnant women in the third trimester in Palembang's independent pratik midwife in 2019. This study used a quasi-experimental method with the One-Shot Case study design. Adho Mukha Svanasana from 18 respondents represented 15 respondents (83.3%) While in the group that determined the position of the chest knee from 18 respondents only 3 respondents determined repositioning while 14 respondents (77.8%) fetuses remained on the breech presentation or did not improve repositioning . Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian untuk menguji aktivitas antioksidan buah pir yang berbeda variasi warna, bentuk, dan ukuran. Metode penelitian : Penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif. sampel diperoleh di supermarket diamond PTC mall. Sampel terlebih dahulu dibersihkan kemudian ditimbang. Dilakukan ekstraksi dengan cara di jus kemudian ekstrak air disaring. Kemudian dilakukan uji flavonoid dan uji vitamin C. Penetapan panjang gelombang maksimum didapatkan dengan mereaksikan larutan cuprac dengan larutan vitamin C yang akan digunakan untuk pengujian sampel dan baku pembanding. Pengukuran antiradikal bebas dengan sampel uji dilakukan dilakukan dengan mereaksikan1 ml sampel dengan larutan Cuprac masing-masing 1 ml dan sebagai control digunakan larutan Cuprac. Kapasitas antioksidan didapatkan dengan mensubstitusi nilai absorban sampel ke persamaan garis linier. Hasil : Rata-rata kapasitas antioksidan pir eropa, pir ya, pir xiang lie berturutturut adalah 1,53; 1;78; 2,87 Kesimpulan : Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa ekstrak air buah pir xiang lie memiliki aktivtas antioksidan terbesar karena memiliki nilai rata-rata kapasitas antioksidan paling besar .
