Penatalaksanaan untuk mengurangi nyeri yang dilakukan pada kedua subjek adalah intervensi non farmakologi yaitu penerapan relaksasi nafas dalam. Intervensi pendukung yang dilakukan yaitu mengkaji kondisi kesehatan keluarga, memberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang nyeri pada penyakit gastritis, mengajarkan pada keluarga tentang cara merawat anggota keluarga yang sakit, menganjurkan pada klien dan keluarga untuk mengompres dengan air hangat didaerah yang terasa nyeri, menganjurkan pada klien untuk minum obat, menganjurkan pada klien untuk makan dalam porsi kecil tapi sering, menganjurkan pada keluarga dank lien untuk tidak makan-makanan yang pedas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadinya pengurangan nyeri setelah dilakukan intervensi keperawatan dengan penerapan relaksasi nafas dalam di pasien gastritis di Puskesmas Perumnas Kota Lubuklinggau. Kepada tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Perumnas diharapkan dapat mengajarkan relaksasi nafas dalam pada pasien gastritis karena teknik ini telah terbukti dapat mengurangi nyeri. However, in practice, the percentage of mothers who do exclusive breastfeeding has not reached 80%. It is necessary to hold health promotion innovations in the form of drama games to touch the hearts of breastfeeding mothers so that awareness arises and strong motivation is formed to pass exclusive breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the drama "My Mother, My Exclusive Breastfeeding Hero" on the motivation to give exclusive breastfeeding to breastfeeding mothers in the work area of Simpang Periuk Health Center, Lubuklinggau City.Methods: The research method used is quasi-experimental without control group. The sample used was 33 breastfeeding mothers with the age of the baby not exceeding 6 months by accidental sampling. Results: The results of the Wilcoxon test showed that there was a difference in the mean value of exclusive breastfeeding motivation before and after the drama was given (p=0.000).Conclusion: It could be concluded that there was a significant increase in the motivation for exclusive breastfeeding before and after the drama was given. Suggestions to the Puskesmas to be able to use the drama "My Mother, My Exclusive Breastfeeding Hero" as a method of health promotion. This research is a quasi-experimental research with pre-post without a control group. The sample used is an accidental sampling of as many as 60 people. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bermitra dengan BAN Diklat Kota Lubuklinggau dan bertujuan untuk melatih dan memberi penanganan non farmakologi kepada penderita COVID-19 Kota Lubuklinggau. Pelaksanaan kegiatan diselenggarakan tanggal 24 Agustus 2020 pukul 08:00 WIB –13:00 WIB. Bentuk kegiatannya adalah pelatihan sebanyak tiga kali selama 20-30 menit. Pelatihan self-hypnosis ini diikuti oleh penderita COVID-19 berjumlah 25 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terselenggaranya pelatihan self-hypnosis untuk meningkatkan imunitas peserta, keterampilan peserta dalam melakukan self hypnosis meningkat 76% dan sebanyak 60% penderita Covid-19 di BAN Diklat Kota Lubuklinggau tidak lagi merasakan kecemasan. Upaya menurunkan kecemasan dan menaikkan imunitas tubuh ini diharapkan dapat diterapkan dan dilanjutkan. Kategori nilai pretest mayoritas kurang baik 80%, meningkat menjadi baik 72%. Terbentuknya duta sanitasi cilik sebagai agen perubahan di lingkungan sekolah. Salah satu media menarik dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus dalam penyuluhan kesehatan tentang pencegahan penularan omicron pada anak berkebutuhan khusus adalah menggunakan puzzle.Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kepada anak berkebutuhan khusus SLBN Kota Lubuklinggau dalam pemahaman tentang pencegahan penularan omicron.Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan terapi bermain puzzle. Kegiatan dilakukan pada tanggal 10 Maret 2022 di Ruang Pertemuan SLBN Kota Lubuklinggau. Jumlah peserta yang berasal dari siswa sebanyak 21 orang. Pengetahuan peserta dievaluasi menggunakan kuesioner mengenai pencegahan omicron. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu terjadinya kenaikan rata-rata pengetahuan peserta pengabdian dari 44,3 menjadi 80,8 dengan skor maksimal 100. Kegiatan berlangsung lancar dan semoga ke depannya ada pembentukan satgas (satuan petugas) pencegahan omicron di sekolah.
