METODE: Adapun desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus pada 2 orang responden HASIL: Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa setelah dilakukan penerapan terapi relaksasi zikir pada Ny.Z dan Tn.S yang menderita hipertensi dengan diagnosis gangguan rasa nyaman cukup berhasil dibuktikan dengan gangguan rasa nyaman nyeri klien menurun dilihat dari skala nyeri klien berkurang dari 4 menjadi 2 dan ungkapan klien seperti klien merasa rileks dan nyaman. KESIMPULAN: Terapi relaksasi zikir terbukti dapat mengatasi masalah ganggauan rasa nyaman klien menurun dilihat dari skala nyeri klien berkurang dari 4 menjadi 2 dan ungkapan klien seperti klien merasa rileks dan nyaman. Pada wanita hamil normotensi, kadar asam urat akan mulai meningkat sebelum timbulnya gejala hipertensi dan proteinuria. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kadar asam urat darah pada ibu hamil di rumah sakit islam siti khadijah kota Palembang tahun 2019. Hasil penelitian didapatkan dari 32 ibu hamil yang diperiksa didapatkan sebanyak 7 ibu hamil (21.9%) dengan kadar asam urat tinggi dan 25 ibu hamil (78.1%) dengan kadar asam urat normal. Berdasarkan umur ibu, dari 18 ibu hamil dengan umur ibu berisiko sebanyak 5 ibu hamil (27.8%) dengan kadar asam urat tinggi dan 13 ibu hamil (72.2%) dengan kadar asam urat normal. Sedangkan dari 14 ibu hamil (100.0%) dengan umur ibu tidak berisiko sebanyak 2 ibu hamil (14.3%) dengan kadar asam urat yang tinggi dan 12 ibu hamil (85.7%) dengan kadar asam urat normal. Berdasarkan usia kehamilan, dari 15 ibu hamil dengan usia kehamilan pada trimester I sebanyak 3 ibu hamil (20%) dengan kadar asam urat tinggi dan 12 ibu hamil (80%) dengan kadar asam urat normal. Methods: The design of this research is descriptive in the form of a case study. The approach used is a nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnoses, planning, implementation, evaluation and nursing documentation. The subjects in this study were three patients with the same criteria, namely auditory hallucinations. The place of this research was carried out at the Mitra Mulia Banyuasin Foundation, South Sumatra Province. Results: Implementation of distraction techniques can help patients to reject the hallucinations they have experienced. All three patients have shown a reduction in the level of auditory hallucinations. Conclusion: It is hoped that this way of rejecting hallucinations by rebuking distraction can be developed again and become a lesson for further research. Lebih dari 90% kasus bunuh diri berhubungan dengan gangguan jiwa seperti Depresi, Skizofrenia, dan ketergantungan terhadap alkohol. (Febriani, 2008). Menurut data Data yang di peroleh dari dinas kesehatan ogan komering ulu (OKU), Jumlah kesehatan jiwa mulai bulan desember 2017 sampai dengan februari 2018 sebanyak 832 jiwa. Menurut UPTD Puskesmas Lubuk Batang Baru, Angka kejadian penderita gangguan jiwa di UPTD Puskesmas Lubuk Batang Baru Pada Tahun 2017 ada 46 jiwa. Tujuan dari laporan tugas akhir ini adalah melakukan Asuhan keperawatan pada klien gangguan menarik diri isolasi sosial dengan penerapan Terapi Aktivitas Kelompok Sosialisasi di wilaya kerja UPTD Puskesmas Lubuk Batang Baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji aktivitas fraksi n-heksan, fraksi etil asetat dan fraksi air dari ekstrak daun sambiloto (Andrographis peniculat Ness) terhadap bakteri Salmonella typhi. Metode : Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimental yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan di laboratorium yang mengukur diameter zona hambat aktivitas antibakteri Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran diameter zona hambat penelitian terhadap fraksi n-heksan, fraksi etil asetat, dan fraksi air daun Sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata Ness) menunjukan bahwa Pada fraksi n-heksan, fraksi etil asetat dan fraksi air (P1) dan (P2) pada konsentrasi 50%, 25%, 12,5%, 6,25%, 3,12%, 1,56%, 0,78% tidak mempunyai diameter zona hambat terhadap bakteri Salmonella typhi. Dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa daun Sambiloto belum dapat menggantikan posisi kloramfenikol sebagai pengobatan utama dalam penyembuhan demam tifoid Kesimpulan : Dari data hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Fraksi n-heksan, fraksi etil asetat dan fraksi air ekstrak daun Sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata Ness) tidak memiliki aktivitas antibakteri terhadap bakteri Salmonella typhi.
