One of the actions to reduce or control hallucinations is Rebuke which aims to expel or decide hallucinations that are being experienced by the client. The purpose of this study is to determine the success rate of rebuking in reducing or controlling hearing hallucinations. Method: This type of research is narrative in the form of literature study using researt library. Criteria for articles / research results used in this study consisted of 5 articles / research results published online between 2015-2020. The article / research results are available in full text for researchers to use as data for analysis. Results: Based on the results of the study from the article, the researchers found that rebelling exercises can control or reduce hallucinations because by rebuking patients will be able to control themselves and reject hallucinations by not following the hallucinations that appear and can decide the contents of hallucinations that are being experienced by patients. Conclusion: It is hoped that the way to control hallucinations by rebuking can be developed further and become learning for further research. Background: One of the types of mental illness is schizophrenia, where the most common cause found, are hallucinations. The hallucinations that often occurred, in this case, are auditory. One of the ways to control auditory hallucinations is by conversing. When the client having a conversation with others, s/he will get distracted then his or her focus or attention will change over the hallucinations. Objective: to obtain an overview of the implementation of controlling auditory hallucinations through conversation. Method: The method used in this study is the literature review method where the source of the literature is obtained from the Google Scholar database (2014- 2020). Result: After searching for sources as many as 198 articles, the researcher took 5 articles which is relevant with the research topic about carrying out the implementation of conversing in auditory hallucinations patient. Conclusion: After carrying out the implementation of conversing with the auditory hallucination client, there is an influence on controlling hallucinations. When the client having conversations, s/he can transfer the hallucinations to the conversation. The client said that s/he did not hear the voice s/he usually heard. The client can socialize with his environment. The clients are happy and feel they have many friends. Suggestion: The implementation of conversing can be applied in helping clients to control the auditory hallucinations. For further researchers, it will be better to use more references from the source of citation-related to controlling hallucinations through conversation to facilitate further research. Pada uhun 2014 didapatkan 480 orang dari awal bulan.ianuari april yaitu 169 pada lakilaki dan 311 pada pcrempuan. Tahun 2015 sebanyak 400 orang dari bulan januari-april di dapatkan data 163 laki-laki dan 237 perempuan.(Poskesmas Tanjung Agung .2013,2014,dan 2015). Kata Artritis secam harfiah berarti "sendi yarg meradang ". Namun istilah ini lidak m€rujuk pada peradangan sendi saja.Anritis j uga menunjukkan sebuah sendi yang cedera . terengang,terinl'eksi.dan rusak (charlish,2009). Artritis adalah penyakit yarg tedadi di sekitar sendi yang ditandai dengan sendi bengkak dan kelernahan pada sendi ( Gosano,2o01). Hasil yang didapat dari asuhan kepemwatan keluarga dengan penerapan kompres hangat uotuk mengurangi nyeri kedua kasus ini dapat dikalakan berhasil karena penerapan yang diajarkan diterapkan oleh kedua kasus tersebut dan menunjukkan adanya perbaikan dari sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan keluarga dengan penerapan komprcs hangat.setelah dilakukan pengkajian pada keluarga didapatkan satu masalah yaitu ketidakmampuan keluarga merawat anggota keluarga yang sakit berhubungan dengan kctidaktahuan penyakit Anritis Reumatoid,setelah dilihat dri masalah kedua kasus tersebut diharapkan keluarga untuk menerapkan penerapan kompres hangat untuk mengurangi nyeri agar meminimalisir kekambuhan Artritis Reumatoid,dan dapat meningkatkan derajat kesehatan keluarga.Penulis menyarankan bahwa hasil penulis dijadikan sumber ilmu dan pengetahuan dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan keluarga dengan pcneropcn kompres hangar unrul mengurangi nlcrr.
