Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan responden sebagian besar mengalami anemia ringan (63,3%), anemia sedang (36,7%), usia 19-29 tahun (55%), trimester 1 (11,7%), trimester 2 (35%), trimester 3 (53,3%), mendapatkan TTD (88,3%), tidak cukup konsumsi TTD (78,3%), konsumsi multivitamin (55%), konsumsi suplemen vitamin C (25%), kebiasaan minum the tidak berisiko (71,7%), paritas tidak berisiko (73,3%), asupan energi cukup (51,7%), asupan protein tidak cukup (61,7%), asupan zat besi tidak cukup (65%), asupan asam folat cukup (54,7%), asupan vitamin C tidak cukup (68,3%). Hasil analisis chi square ada hubungan bermakna antara paritas, asupan energi, protein, zat besi dan asam folat dengan status anemia (p < 0,05). Berdasarkan Uji statistik dengan metode Chi-Square di dapatkan hasil yang didapatkan yaitu ada hubungan antara faktor pengetahuan secara parsial dengan kecemasan pada pasien pre operasi appendisitis dengan ρ-value = 0,002. Tidak ada hubungan antara faktor pendidikan secara parsial dengan kecemasan pada pasien pre operasi appendisitis dengan ρ-value = 0,543. Ada hubungan antara faktor umur secara p arsialdengan kecemasan pada pasien pre operasi appendisitis dengan ρ- value = 0,046. Ada hubungan antara faktor ekonomi secara parsial dengan kecemasan pada pasien pre operasi appendisitis dengan ρ-value = 0,030.
