Nursing implementation that can be done is to adjust theposition semi-fowler, effective cough exercises and collaboration in giving mucolytic drugs. Method: This research design uses descriptive method with the presentation of case studies through the nursing care approach, namely assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing intervention, nursing implementation and nursing evaluation. Data collection methods in the form of interviews, observation and documentation study. In this case study, there are two types of data, namely subjective data and objective data. Subjective data were analyzed based on what the researcher found on the client. Meanwhile, the objective data were analyzed based on the results of physical examination and then compared with normal values. Results and Conclusions: After implementing the same nursing care for both patients for 3 days, the conclusion was that the patient's respiratory rate began to improve and both patients showed an increase in secretion ability so that the patient was able to overcome the reduced sputum in the airway. The results obtained in both patients were that the problem was partially resolved because the patient was still in bed rest and the intervention was continued by the hospital. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling accidental dimana didapatkan 52 sampel. Hasil uji chi-square (α<0,05), untuk usia ρ.value 0,178, pekerjaan ρ.value 0,001, pengetahaun ρ.value 0,000, informasi pelayanan KB ρ.value 0,000 dan dukungan suami ρ.value 0,592. Faktor utama setelah dilakukan uji regresi logistik yaitu pengetahuan dan informasi pelayanan KB. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu faktor utama penggunaan MKJP yaitu pengetahuan dan informasi pelayanan KB. The incidence of postpartum blues at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang in 2019 was 46.7%. If the postpartum blues don't go away, this situation can develop into postpartum depression. Research Objectives: To analyze the factors that can cause postpartum blues at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang in 2021. Research Methods: The design of this study was quantitative analytical survey with a cross�sectional approach with a sample size of 60 people using purposive sampling. Results: The results of statistical tests using chi-square show that there are 3 variables that are related, namely age (p value = 0.015) parity (p value = 0.000) and social support (p value = 0.001) with postpartum blues and there are 3 variables that have no relationship The significant ones were education (p value = 0.987), occupation (p value = 0.528), and type of delivery (p value = 0.842) with postpartum blues. Discussion & Suggestion: After the birth process the mother's responsibility increases with the presence of a newborn baby and causes the mother to experience sudden mood swings, feel sad, uneasy, lonely and cry for no reason, the parity factor affects the mother's experience in taking care of her baby so the support and attention of the family is needed by the mother. Jenis gigi yang paling banyak dicabut pada tahun 2018-2020 yaitu gigi tetap Molar yaitu sebesar 285 gigi. Kasus pencabutan gigi pada tahun 2018-2020 yang paling banyak terjadi yaitu kasus KMP (Karies Mencapai Pulpa), yang berjumlah 219 kasus, dengan persentase sebesar 55%, dari jumlah seluruh kasus pencabutan gigi 398 kasus.
