Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penurunan gangguan kerusakan integritas kulit pada pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe II sebelum dan setelah dilakukan penerapan perawatan kaki untuk mencegah terjadinya kerusakan integritas kulit di ruang Al-Insan Rumah Sakit Siti Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskritif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 orang dewasa dengan diagnosa Hipertensi. Perlakuan dilakukan secara langsung dengan pengkajian awal pada pasien Gangguan kerusakan integritas kulit dan selanjutnya intervensi penerapan perawatan kaki untuk mencegah Gangguan kerusakan integritas kulit. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa setelah dilakukan intervensi keperawatan selama 3 hari secara berturut-turut terjadi penurunan Gangguan kerusakan integritas kulit dari waktu penyembuhan dengan menggunakan obat lain. Kepada institusi pelayanan kesehatan diharapkan dapat meningkat kualitas asuhan keperawatan yang berfokus pada pasien dengan terus mengoptimalkan SOP dalam setiap melakukan tindakan keperawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran Pemberian Asuhan Keperawatan penerapan metode kanguru dalam mengatasi hipotermi pada BBLR diruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Dr.Sobirin tahun 2019. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah peningkatan suhu tubuh, sebelum dan sesudah dengan penerapan pemberian metode kanguru. Dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yaitu pengkajian, diagnose keperawatan, intervensi keperawatan, implementasi keperawatan dan evaluasi keperawatan. Pelaksanaan untuk menstabilkan suhu tubuh bayi yang dilakukan adalah intervensi non farmakologi yaitu dengan penerapan metode kanguru. Intervensi pendukung yang dilakukan adalah monitor suhu tubuh pasien, menggunakan alat pengukur suhu tubuh, bebaskan pakaian pasien dari lingkungan yang dingin dan basah, berikan pemanas pasif seperti selimut, penutup kepala. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh dalam pemberian metode kangguru untuk meningkatkan suhu tubuh pada bayi dengan Berat Bayi Lahir Rendah.
