Tujuan Penelitian Mengetahui hubungan keberadaan Candida albicans pada urine remaja putri di Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang Jurusan Teknologi Laboratorium Medis berdasarkan variabel pengetahuan, personal hyigene, sumber air, pola makan, siklus menstruasi, dan antibiotik. Metode Penelitian Jenis Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh remaja putri di Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang Jurusan Teknologi Laboratorium Medis. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 40 dan teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan purvosive sampling. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji Chi-square pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (=0,05). Hasil Penelitian Dari 40 responden 25,0% positif jamur Candida albicans dan 75,0% negatif jamur Candida albicans. Analisis statistik menunjukan pengetahuan (ρ-Value=0,005), personal hygiene (ρ-Value = 0,000), dan pola makan (ρValue=0,002) berhubungan dengan keberadaan jamur Candida albicans sedangkan sumber air (ρ-Value=0,168), siklus menstruasi (ρ-Value=0,729), antibiotik (ρ-Value=1,000), tidak berhubungan dengan keberadaan jamur Candida albicans. Kesimpulan Diketahuinya albicans pada urine remaja putri pra-menstruasi di Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang Jurusan Teknologi Laboratorium Medis berdasarkan Pengetahuan, Personal Hygiene, Sumber Air, Pola Makan, Siklus Menstruasi dan Antibiotik. Adapun saran dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mahasiswi yang mengalami keputihan perlu mencari informasi bagaimana menjaga alat reproduksi yang baik dan benar serta menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari agar terhindar dari jamur Candida albicans. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pedagang terhadap kepatuhan dalam menggunakan masker di beberapa pasar tradisional di kecamatan kemuning. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah non eksperimen dengan desain rancangan cross sectional (potong lintang). Data penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan pengisian kuesioner oleh pedagang dari Pasar Rakyat Kebon Semai dan Pasar Sekip Ujung di Kecamatan Kemuning secara langsung. Hasil : Dari hasil yang di dapatkan, pedagang dari kedua pasar di Kecamatan Kemuning menunjukan kepatuhan dalam menggunakan masker dalam pencegahan covid-19 sudah sangat baik. terdapat 5 faktor yang memiliki hubunga terhadap kepatuhan menggunakan masker antara lain sikap, motivasi, sanksi, pengawasan dan lingkungan. Kesimpulan : faktor sikap menjadi faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kepatuhan pedagang dalam menggunakan masker. Hypertension is the biggest comorbid factor causing death from COVID-19. The high prevalence of hypertension cases cannot be separated from the role of self-efficacy. Self-efficacy is a strong factor and can be used to predict and explain a person's health behavior. Purposes: The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to the self-efficacy of patients with hypertension during the COVID-19 period. Method: Using descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach of 78 respondents. Data collection used a demographic data questionnaire, a Self-Efficacy for Hypertension Management questionnaire, and a PSS-10 questionnaire (Perceived Stress Scale-10). The results of the analysis using the Chi-Square Test, T-Independent Test, and the Mann-Whitney U Test. Result: It shows that the average respondent is 60.15 years old, female 67.9%, low educated 59%, unemployed 69.2%, BMI 24.21 kg/m², has a history of hypertension in the family 56.4%, old suffering from hypertension 7.44 years, no complications of comorbidities 71.8%, mild stress 51.3%, married 87.2% and living with family (100%), high self-efficacy 75.5%. The results of the analysis showed that age (p value 0.608), gender (p value 0.369), occupation (p value 1,000), education (p value 0.007), nutritional status (p value 0.126), history of hypertension (p value 0.238), age suffering from hypertension (p value 0.724), complications (p value 0.024), marital status (p value 0.719), stress (p value 0.025).Conclusion: It was concluded that the factors of age, gender, occupation, nutritional status, history of hypertension, length of suffering, marital status were not related to self-efficacy. There is a relationship between education, complications, and stress factors with self-efficacy. The results of this study can be used for health workers to provide education about hypertension, so that it is expected to improve self-efficacy for patients with hypertension.
