Skor penyembuhan luka diukur menggunakan kuisioner Bates-Jensen Wound Assessment Tool (BJWAT) Hasil Penelitian : Setelah dilakukan perawatan luka hasil penelitian menunjukkan luka pasien I mengalami penurunan dengan skor 27 menjadi 17 dimana tidak terdapat eksudat dan jaringan nekrotik pada luka pasien, sedangkan pada pasien II skor luka 27 menjadi 16 dimana tidak ada jaringan nekrotik pada luka dan luka tampak kemerahan Kesimpulan : Penerapan perawatan luka dengan menggunakan medical collagen sponge penderita diabetes mellitus tipe II dengan masalah keperawatan gangguan integritas jaringan terbukti efektif menyembuhkan luka pada penderita diabetes melitus tipe II.
