Description An account of the resource Latar Belakang : Hipertensi adalah suatu keadaan seseorang mengalami peningkatan tekanan darah di atas normal yaitu sama dengan atau lebih dari 140/90 mmHg. Beberapa faktor penyebab terjadinya hipertensi di antaranya obesitas, merokok, alkohol, aktivitas fisik, dan adanya stres atau kecemasan. Salah satu terapi non farmakologis yang dapat menurunkan kecemasan pada penderita hipertensi adalah dengan penerapan aktivitas jalan kaki. Tujuan Penelitian : Diketahui penerapan Aktivitas jalan kaki pagi terhadap kecemasan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Citra medika. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penilitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan Studi kasus. Fokus studi penelitian ini adalah berjumlah dua subjek sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Citra Medika. Hasil Penelitian : Setelah dilakukan aktivitas jalan kaki selama 30 menit dalam 3 hari terjadi penurunan kecemasan dari kecemasan sedang menjadi kecemasan ringan. Pada subjek I hari pertama skor kecemasan 24 dan pada hari ketiga skor kecemasan menjadi 16. Pada subjek II pada hari pertama skor kecemasan 22 dan pada hari ketiga skor kecemasan menjadi 14 Kesimpulan : penerapan Aktivitas Jalan Kaki dapat menurunkan tingkat kecemasan.
