Data penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, pengukuran. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif dan disajikan secara naratif. Hasil Penelitian: Frekuensi munculnya halusinasi menurun setelah dilakukan penerapan strategi pelaksanaan minum obat secara teratur. Kedua klien juga mengatakan bahwa frekuensi muculnya halusinasi berkurang dibuktikan dengan minum obat secara teratur sesuai anjuran dokter. Kesimpulan: Penerapan strategi pelaksanaan minum obat secara teratur dapat menurunkan frekuensi munculnya halusinasi.
