Judul Penelitian : Pengaruh Terapi Akupresur Terhadap Intensitas Nyeri
Haid Pada Mahasiswa Akbid Budi Mulia Palembang
Tahun 2018

Palembang Tahun 2018.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain
Praeksperimen dengan pendekatan the one group pre-test and post-test design.
sebelum diberikan terapi akupresur didapatkan nyeri haid sedang sebanyak 16
(10%) mengalami nyeri sedang. Pada uji statistik Wilcoxon dengan taraf
signifikasi p < α diperoleh nilai p value 0,000 dimana nilai p < α = 0,000 < 0,05
mahasiswa akbid Budi Mulia.
beberapa faktor perlu mendapatkan penanganan seperti melakukan terapi

<text>Background: Maintaining physical distance, washing hands, and wearing masks during the COVID-19 pandemic are very important in preventing the spread of the virus. However, although the use of facemasks is relatively easy to do, its compliance is considered low.
Objective: This study aimed to analyze compliance in wearing masks during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 400 residents in Palembang, Indonesia, selected using simple random sampling from August to September 2021. Data were collected using online questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Chi-square, and multivariate using logistic regression.
Results: The findings revealed that sex, education, and employment status were significant relationships to compliance to wearing masks (p<0.05), but age and family income were not significantly related (p>0.05).
Multivariate analysis showed only perceived severity and cues to action had a significant relationship with compliance to wearing masks after it was controlled by the sex variable (p<0.05), with PR of 0.558 (95% CI 0.331-0.941) and 0.410 (95% CI 0.242-0.696), consecutively.
Conclusion: Perceived severity and cues to action are factors that influence compliance to wearing masks.
Therefore, these two factors should be considered by public health practitioners as well as the government to increase the compliance wearing masks.

<text>Academic stress can affect oral health by reducing the salivary flow rate in which causes an increase of plaque accumulation as the main cause of periodontal disease. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of academic stress on the salivary flow rate and plaque score. A cross-sectional study of 57 dental nursing students who met the inclusion criteria was conducted in May 2019. Academic stress was assessed using the Scale for Assessing Academic Stress (SAAS), and plaque scores were assessed using the O'Leary plaque control record. The effect of academic stress on the salivary flow rate and plaque score was analysed using one-way ANOVA test and Pearson correlation for the relationship between salivary flow rate and plaque score (95% confidence interval). Academic stress was found on 77.2% of students (56.1% mild and 21.1% moderate). The means of salivary flow rate and plaque score were 0:23 mL/minute and 0.1, respectively. There was a significant relationship between academic stress and the salivary flow rate (p <0.05), but there was no correlation between academic stress and plaque scores (p> 0.05), and there were a relationship and negative correlation between salivary flow rate and the plaque score (P <0.05; r = -0.3361). Academic stress affects the salivary flow rate but does not affect the plaque score. A decrease in the salivary flow rate causes an increase in the plaque score.</text>

Stroke patients are likely to experience paralysis of half the body, difficulty
talking to other people (aphasia), drooping mouth (facial drop), weak arms and
legs, impaired body coordination, mental changes, emotional disturbances,
communication disorders, and loss of sense of taste.
Purpose : This study aims to provide health education about stroke and
implement ROM exercises for post-stroke clients with impaired physical mobility.
Method : The design of this research is descriptive in the form of a case study.
Samples were taken as many as 2 respondents, namely families of stroke patients
with problems with physical mobility disorders in the Work Area of 23 Illir
Health Center Palembang. The case study was conducted for 2 weeks, where 1
respondent's family took 1 week.
Result : Family knowledge increased after health education was conducted.
Before doing ROM exercises, the second client's muscle strength was obtained
with a score of 3. After doing ROM exercises for 1 week on the first client and the
second client, the score increased from 3 to 4.
Conclusion : Giving health education to families 1 and 2 can be understood by
the family and the application of ROM exercises to both clients showed that the
muscle strength score increased from 3 to 4.
Keywords : Stroke, ROM exercise, impaired physical mobility

gangguan pernapasan, 16,7% pasien lainnya mengalami efek samping diluar
saluran pernapasan.
individu.
