Asma bronkial merupakan salah satu penyakit yang tidak menular dan biasanya merupakan penyakit keturunan. Peran perawat sangat di butuhkan dalam membantu klien yang menderita penyakit asma bronkial, dalam melakukan pencegahan dan untuk untuk membangun keluarga sehat sesuai dengan budayanya melalui asuhan keperawatan keluarga. Tujuan studi kasus ini adalah untuk memperoleh pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan keluarga dengan masalah ansietas pada asma bronkial di wilayah kerja Puskesmas 11 Ilir Palembang. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan keluarga. Subjek studi kasus ini adalah individu dan keluarga dengan masalah ansietas di wilayah kerja Puskesmas 11 Ilir Palembang. Hasil studi kasus didapatkan bahwa keluarga Tn.A merupakan tipe keluarga Extended Family. Ibu Tn.A yaitu Ny.M berusia 80 tahun menderita asma sejak ia berumur 60 tahun. Sedangkan pada keluarga Ny.D merupakan tipe keluarga Single Parent. Ny.D menderita asma sejak ia berumur 15 tahun yang lalu. Terdapat tiga masalah keperawatan yang muncul pada keluarga Tn.A yaitu ansietas, ketidakefektifan pola nafas dan ketidakefektifan pemeliharaan kesehatan. Sedangkan pada keluarga Ny.D masalah keperawatan yang muncul yaitu ansietas, ketidakefektifan pola nafas, dan intoleransi aktivitas. Fokus masalah pada penelitian ini adalah ansietas. Perencanaan tindakan keperawatan disusun menggunakan metode pendidikan kesehatan dan diaplikasikan pada tindakan keperawatan yang mengacu pada tiga aspek (kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor). Evaluasi dilakukan selama tiga hari dengan menggunakan catatan perkembangan, yaitu SOAP. Berdasarkan hasil asuhan keperawatan dan pembahasaan yang telah dilakukan, maka saran yang bisa disampaikan diharapkan laporan akhir ini menjadi bahan pembelajaran dan evaluasi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Pada penderita asma bronchial diharapkan mampu mengontrol penyakitnya dan menghindari faktor pencetus asma bronchial serta dapat mengurangi kecemasan pada saat serangan. Penerapan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tehnik SSBM (Slow Stroke Back Massage) pada pasien hipertensi dengan masalah keperawatan nyeri kepala di ruang anggrek Rumah Sakit Dr. Sobirin Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskritif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 orang dengan diagnosa medis Hipertensi. Tindakan dilakukan secara langsung dengan pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervesi, implementasi mengurangi nyeri dan selanjutnya evaluasi pemberian tehnik SSBM (Slow Stroke Back Massage)dilakuakan 1 kali sehari selama 3-10 menit selama 3 hari berturut-turut. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa setelah dilakukan intervensi keperawatanSSBM (Slow Stroke Back Massage) dapat disimpulkan ada perubahan pada proses mengurangi nyeri menjadi lebih baik. Setelah dilakukan 3 kali intervensi secara berturut-turut, keadaan nyeri yang diberi tehnik SSBM (Slow Stroke Back Massage) dalam mengurangi nyeri mengalami peningkatan proses pengurangan nyeri yang lebih cepat dari waktu penyembuhan dan agar pasien merasa lebih rileks. kepada tenaga keperawatan agar dapat terus memberikan dan mengajarkan tehnik SSBM (Slow Stroke Back Massage) agar klien merasa lebih rileks. ABSTRACT Hypertension is an abnormal increase in blood pressure (systolic above 140 mmHg and diastolic above 90 mmHg) which gives continuing symptoms to an organ. A headache is one of the symptoms felt by the patient, which can disturb daily activities. One simple step to reduce this headache is by using SSBM (slow-stroke back massage). This study aimed to analyze the effect of the SSBM technique on hypertensive patients with headache problem in the Orchid Room of Dr. Sobirin Hospital, Musi Rawas Regency. This was a descriptive study with a case study approach. Subjects in this study were two people with a medical diagnosis of hypertension. The intervention was carried out directly in the steps of assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation of SSBM, and then evaluation. The SSBM technique was performed once a day for 3-10 minutes for three consecutive days. The results showed that the SSBM intervention could reduce the pain. After three consecutive interventions, the SSBM reduced the state of pain and accelerated the healing time; thus, the patients were more relaxed. Therefore, it can be suggested to nursing staff to continue providing and teaching the SSBM (slow-stroke back massage) method to help the patients to be more relaxed.
