Salah satu terapi herbal yang dapat membantu menurunkan tekanan darah adalah dengan memanfaatkan makanan yang mengandung kalium tinggi yaitu pisang, melon, dan air kelapa muda. Mengetahui pengaruh puding air pisang melon dan air kelapa muda terhadap penurunan tekanan darah penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimental dengan desain control group pre and pos test. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 60 penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas yang bersedia dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Analisis data menggunakan uji t-dependent dan t-independent untuk menganalisis pengaruh puding pisang melon dan air kelapa muda terhadap tekanan darah.
