<text>Background: Taking children with diarrhea to the hospital during the Covid-19 outbreak puts them at high risk of contracting the virus. It is critical to effectively
socialize the problem of diarrhea so that moms can manage diarrhea at home and recognize when to take their children to the hospital. A mother's tool for assessing the state of her child dealing from diarrhea is the media. Making the Smart Mother
card an assessor is useful as a guide for moms to understand their children's conditions so that they may make the best decisions possible for children with
diarrhea during a pandemic. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Mother's Smart Card, which is a simplification of the MTBS book,
on maternal vigilance in the management of children with diarrhea in the prehospital phase in pandemic covid-19. Method: This study used a quasiexperimental design with a pre and post-test approach with purposive sampling technique on 30 mothers. Mother's vigilance is measured by the way the mother behaves and the mother's accuracy in making decisions when the child has diarrhea. The measurement uses a questionnaire. Results: The results of data analysis using paired t-test showed that there was a significant effect of the Mother's Smart Card on maternal alertness in the management of children with diarrhea at home with a
p value of 0.000. Conclusion: This means that the Mother's Smart Card can increase mother's vigilance in the management of pre-hospital child diarrhea. With
this result, it is hoped that the Smart Mother Card can be a reference in increasing mother’s vigilance, and minimizing treatment at inappropriate health facilities that can put the risk of Covid-19 transmission at risk.</text>

Methods: A quasi-experimental study was conducted from October to November, 2020 and a
total of 80 respondents were recruited using cluster sampling. The treatment group was given
the intervention in the form of the disaster preparedness app for 2 weeks. Meanwhile, the control group received home visits and conventional education about hurricane disasters twice
throughout the same period. We then used a Wilcoxon Signed Rank test to analyze the pretest and post-test and a Mann-Whitney U test to compare between treatment and control
groups.
Results: After the implementation of the SiBen app, we found a statistically significant difference in knowledge between treatment and control groups (P < 0.003) and intentional behavior
between treatment and control groups (P < 0.001).
Conclusion: The findings indicate that the disaster preparedness app was an effective educational program able to improve the knowledge and intentional behavior among community
members in a hurricane risk area.</text>

<text>Introduction: Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) is one
of the significant contributors to mortality worldwide. It is
essential to encourage knowledge of cardiac arrest
management for everyone. Objective: This study aimed to
examine the effect of Mabar applications on improving
understanding of cardiac arrest management among
students. Method: The True Experimental study, pre-test,
and post-test with non-equivalent control group design
was applied in this study. Results: The result found that
there is a significant improving knowledge between before
and after training CPR from the simulation method (p
<0.05), MABAR application (p <0.05), However, the
comparison both of methods showed a significant
difference in knowledge after receiving training p = 0.01 (p
<0.05). All of the influence of the technique increases ability
before and after training CPR. However, the Mabar
application effectively improved more clinical skills,
saving time and energy. It has compatible with using
independently without depending on the trainer. Using
Mabar applications can increase attention and impulse for
the trainer. Recommendation: The Mabar application as a
CPR training method is highly recommended, especially
for teenagers and students. For further research need to
examine this application for a broad population.</text>

the elderly at the PangestiLawang Nursing Home.
Laughter Therapy showed a significant GDS score before
and after being given therapy p-value = 0.000. Classical
Music Therapy also showed a significant GDS score before
and after given therapy p-value = 0.002. In the
comparison between both therapies, there was no
significant difference between the treatment p-value =

Objective: The study aimed to construct and test the
effect of SiBen disaster education to improve the
readiness toward hurricanes in the community of
Lubuklinggau, South Sumatra, Indonesia. Method:
Research and Development (R & R&D) with
experimental tests, pre-test, and post-test were applied
in this study. A total of 40 people were given three
meetings within two weeks. Results: As the result, the
participants have shown progression of readiness (t =
3.168, p < 0.002). The findings indicated that the SiBen
Application effectively improved the readiness of the
community toward the hurricane. It is hoped that this
application can be widely used to improve the readiness
of the whole community. Recommendation: For further
researchers are expected to be able to develop this
application by adding online simulations together and
adding other types of disasters

<text>Introduction: Heart disease in the world has increased every year. Compensation for the work of the heart on the
body causes a decrease in the patient’s activity which has an impact on sexual function. The purpose of this study

was to analyse the effect of supportive educative cardiac rehabilitation phase 3 (SE-CRP3) on male sexual dysfunc-
tion (SD) among patients with Chronic Heart Disease (CHD). Methods: A quasi-experiment study was undertaken

on August 2019. Sixty respondents was recruited by purposive sampling technique and divided into intervention
and control groups. International Index of Erectile Function Questionnaire (IIEF) was used to obtained the data about
sexual function. Then, we analysed the data using independent samples t-test and paired samples t-test. Results: We
found a significant difference between pre and post intervention in the intervention group (p=0.039) with mean of

sexual dysfunction (18.97 to 19.93). In addition, there was no significant difference between pre and post in the con-
trol group (p=0.152) and no differences in the both groups after the intervention of SE-CRP3 (p=0.568). Conclusion:

SE-CRP3 therapy has an impact on sexual function among patients with CHD. This may be considered by nurses as
an additional intervention in patients with CHD. Observations on the related variables can be considered.</text>

<text>Purpose: To describe the prevalence and the correlation between individual, environmental and household,
health behavior, and source of information factors with diarrhea among under-five children in five Southeast
Asian countries based on the National Health Survey.

Design and methods: Cross-sectional design conducted in five countries in Southeast Asia. Datasets from Demo-
graphic and Health Surveys and Multiple Indicator Cluster Surveys in five countries were analyzed.

Results: A total of 12,447 children under 5 years of age from five countries in Southeast Asia (Indonesia 1807,
Cambodia 2650, Myanmar 1717, the Philippines 3669, and Timor-Leste 2614) were included in this study. Binary
logistic regression was performed to analyze the data. A total of 12,447 under-five children were included in the
study. Overall, in five Southeast Asian countries, the prevalence of diarrhea is known from 8.39% in the

Philippines to 18.21% in Indonesia. Several factors related to diarrhea are individual; environmental and house-
hold; health behavior such as stool disposal, breastfeeding mothers, and children's food history; and source of in-
formation factors.

Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that diarrhea is a serious public health problem in the Southeast
Asian region that must be addressed using preventive and curative approaches.

Practice implication: The results indicate the need for cross-collaboration among nurses, medical doctor, and san-
itarian is needed to tackle the childhood diarrhea and minimize the severity based on those determinants.</text>
