Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebegian besar penderita hipertensi tidak menyadari menderita hipertensi ataupun mendapatkan pengobatan (Kemenkes, 2018). Penyakit hipertensi yang tidak terkontrol dapat menyebabkan kematian karena penyakit stroke dan penyakit jantung. Tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi dapat dikontrol dengan pengobatan farmakologis dan pengobatan non farmakologis, salah satu pengobatan non farmakologis yaitu dengan latihan Reiki. Tujuan penulis melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh intervensi reiki terhadap tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Megang Kota Lubuk Linggau tahun 2019. Metode : penelitian ini adalah Quasi-experiment design dengan jenis one group pre test dan post test design. Teknik sampling menggunakan concecutif sampling. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 66 responden penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Megang Kota Lubuklinggau. Hasil Penelitian Univariat diketahui distribusi frekuensi umur penderita hipertensi paling banyak pada umur 45-59 tahun sebanyak 39 responden (59.1%). Distribusi frekunesi jenis kelamin penderita hipertensi menunjukkan mayoritas perempuan sebanyak 49 responden (74.2%) dan distribusi frekunesi penurunan tekanan darah pasien hipertensi sebelum dan sesudah intervensi reiki yang tekanan darahnya turun setalah diberikan interensi reiki sebanyak 62 responden (93.2%). dengan menggunakan uji paired t test di ketahui nilai rerata sebelum dan setelah terapi komplementer Reiki dengan p value. 0,00 dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan terapi komplementer Reiki terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi. Aktivitas fisik yang kurang disamping masukan makanan padat energi yang berlebihan, pergeseran pola makan tradisional ke pola makan barat terutama dalam bentuk yaitu jenis makanan yang tinggi energi, tinggi kolestrol, tinggi natrium namun rendah serat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan zat gizi makro, frekuensi konsumsi dan aktifitas fisik dengan kejadian obesitas pada remaja di Palembang. Metode:Jenis penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan case control, Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Methodist 2 Palembang, sebanyak 60 orang yang terbagi sebagai sampel kasus dan control. Data diananlisis secara univariat dan bivariate dengan menggunakan uji statistik Chi Square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95 %. Hasil:Asupan Energi, Lemak, Karbohidirat, konsumsi dan aktifitas fisik berhubungan dengan kejadian obesitas, dengan p value < 0,05, kecuali asupan Protein p value > 0,05. Kesimpulan:Asupan gizi makro yang berlebih dan keseringan mengkonsumsi serta kurangnya beraktifitas fisik dapat menyebabkan seseorang menjadi obesitas. Lahat from July to December 2021.Results:There is an increase in knowledge and attitudes, there is an increase of good knowledge values after giving the intervention to 56%,and the value of good attitude at60%. Delays in administering first aid risk threatening the safety and even disability and claiming lives. Practicing the provision of basic life support for ordinary people is suspected to prevent the worsening of the condition of heart attack sufferers. This study aims to determine the effect of basic life support training on the motivation, knowledge, and skills of trainees in providing first aid when cases of cardiac arrest occur in the community. The design of the pre-experimental pretest-posttest one group is used to compare the motivation, knowledge, and skills of the people in Lahat City, South Sumatera Province, Indonesia before and after training. The participants numbered 86 people, determined by the purposive sampling technique. Questionnaire data collection instruments and observation sheets, motivational questionnaires were adopted from MQ John Smith 2017, while knowledge and skills questionnaires were compiled concerning Basic Life Support (BLS) literature. Basic life support training intervention is carried out as many as four sessions within a period of 3 months. Based on the analysis of the results obtained from abnormal data, the test conducted by the Wilcoxon Test is known to have a significant increase in the variables of knowledge, skills, and skills. Respondents’ motivation after training, is directed with sequential p-values namely BLS to motivation (p = 0.033), skills (p = 0.001), and knowledge (p=0.000). Conclusion: Basic life support training effectively improves community readiness to provide first aid to heart attack victims. School children are a group that easily receives nutrition education through their schools.This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of booklet media on respondents' balanced nutrition knowledge. The study design was a quantitative Quasy-experimental one group Pre-test post-test. The research sample with a total sampling technique is all children of grade V 23 Lahat state primary school. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire. Post-test it was found that the results of the lack of knowledge were0 students (0%), Quite as many as 18 students (36%) and good as many as 32 (64%). Research shows that there is an increase in student knowledge after counseling using the media booklet. Analysis using the T-test showed significant results between the results of the t-test of 0,000 <0.05 t-table. The results showed a significant increase in the Balanced Nutrition Knowledge after being counseled with the Booklet media.There were a significant difference in the level of balanced nutrition knowledge before and after counseling using the media booklet. The data analysis used in this case study is a descriptive analysis used to analyze the data by describing the data collected to make a conclusion that is presented in detail narrative. Results: The study found that An.A had a fever for two days and had a seizure for five minutes. And, An.N had a fever all night and had two convulsions for ten minutes. Nursing interventions that focus primarily on the diagnosis of hyperthermia have the aim of maintaining body temperature within normal limits, preventing recurrent seizure. The results of the evaluation of the patient's body temperature are within normal limits and seizures do not occur. Conclusion: There was a decrease in temperature in both patients with febrile seizures during hyperthermia management. One of the biological changes in adolescent girls is menstruation. Menstruation is a sign of femininity for women, but menstruation often experiences disorders, one of which is menstrual cycle disorders that are influenced by several factors. This study aims to look at the determinants associated with the menstrual cycle. Factors to be investigated are stress, Body Mass Index (BMI), and physical activity. This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Ar-Rahman Palembang with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used in this study is total sampling with 102 respondents, conducted in March 2020. The statistical test of this study uses Chi-square and multiple logistic regression. Bivariate analysis results show that there is a relationship between stress (p-value 0.000, OR = 7.879, BMI (p-value 0.008, OR = 3.321), and physical activity (p-value 0.006, OR = 3.525) with menstrual cycle.
