Each phase of the development of the potential for interference, resulting from the influence of various factors. Basic factors or traits and environmental factors or education becomes ghal important to know in order to avoid disruption in the child's development. The purpose of this study was determine the factors associated with the development of preschoolers. The method used is observational analytic cross sectional study. The amount sample of this study were 108 preschool children in Early Childhood Education (ECD). The used sampling technique was purposive sampling. Univariate data analysis using frequency distribution, bivariate analysis using chi-square, and multivariate logistic regression test. To find child development Denver II used methods that assess the development of social behavior, fine motor movement, gross motor movement and language. To get the data of participation in early childhood education, birth weight, parenting, sex, nutritional status, maternal education and education dad used questionnaires filled out by parents, whereas for assessing the nutritional status of use Registration Form Nutritional Status Monitoring (PSG) Toddler. The results of the study Test chi-square produce five independent variables (participation ECD, birth weight, parenting, sex and nutritional status) that have a significant relationship with the development of preschoolers and variable father's education and mother's education obtained does not have a meaningful relationship. Logistic regression analysis performed determine which variables most associated with motor development of preschool children is variable participation. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil setelah dilakukan Senam Tai Chi 1 kali sehari selama 3 hari, didapatkan hasil kedua subjek mengalami penurunan Kadar Glukosa Darah. Subjek I Mengalami penurunan kadar glukosa darah dari 235 Mg/DL menjadi 212 Mg/DL, Serta Subjek II Juga mengalami penurunan kadar Glukosa Darah dari 290 Mg/DL Menjadi 200 Mg/DL. Kesimpulan: Ada Penurunan Kadar Glukosa Darah sebelum dan sesudah pemberian Senam Tai Chi Pada Pasien I dan II. Sebagian besar responden berjenis kelamin terhadap kejadian AthritisRheumatoid pada lansia diperoleh hasil tertinggi yaitu kategori laki-laki berjumlah 54 (63.5%) orang. Sebagian besar Usia lansia yang mempunyai penyakit Athritis Rheumatoid pada lansia diperoleh hasiltertinggi yaitu usia pertengahan berjumlah 47 (55.3%) responden. Dari responden pengetahuan terhadap kejadian Athritis Rheumatoid pada lansia diperoleh hasil tertinggi yaitu kategori baik berjumlah 36 (42.4%) orang. Kejadian Athritis Rheumatoid pada lansia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Muara Kati di peroleh hasil tertinggi yaitu responden yang menderita AthritisRheumatoid sebanyak 51 (60.0%). Tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara jenis kelamin terhadap kejadian Athritis Rheumatoid pada lansia diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Muara KatiTahun 2018.
