Hipertensi yang tidak terkontrol dapat menimbulkan risiko penurunan sirkulasi darah pada level kapiler yang menggganggu metabolisme tubuh. Terapi akupresur merupakan salah satu terapi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk melancarkan sirkulasi darah, mengurangi rasa sakit dan menurunkan tekanan darah. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh penerapan terapi akupresur untuk mencegah risiko perfusi perifer tidak efektif pada penderita hipertensi di Rumah Sakit Siti Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau. Metode penelitian menggunkan metode studi kasus dengan memberikan penerapan secara langsung terapi akupresur kepada responden. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan maret 2021, pada 2 responden penderita hipertensi. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa setelah dilakukan intervensi keperawatan penerapan terapi akupresur selama 3 hari berturut turut terjadi penurunan tekanan darah rata-rata 10 mmHg. Kesimpulan ada pengaruh dalam penerapan terapi akupresur untuk mencegah risiko perfusi perifer tidak efektif pada penderita hipertensi. Berbagai upaya dilakukan oleh pemerintah maupun tenaga kesehatan untuk menekan angka kesakita hipertensi baik farmakologi maupun non-farmakolog seperti hipnotherapy. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui efektifitas terhadap tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi. Metode : Metode yang digunakan adalah quasy experiment dengan desain one group pra post test. Total dari populasi adalah 45 orang yang merupakan pasien hipertensi. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 16 responden penderita Hipertensi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi maupun eksklusi. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan 19 April-19 Mei 2021 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Simpang Periuk. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan lebih dari separoh pasien Hipertensi berusia 60-70bsebanyak 12 (75%) orang tahun dengan Jenis kelamin lebih dari separoh yaitu 11 orang (68,7%). Rerata tekanan darah pada pre yaitu sistol median 160 mmHg (SD 23,013), diastol median 130 mmHg (SD 8,944) dan post yaitu sistol median 90 mmHg (SD 14,083), diastol median 80 mmHg (83,75). Berdasarkan hasil uji bivariat menggunakan uji wolcoxon karena data tidak berdistribusi dengan normal. hasil uji tersebut pada sistol antara pre dan post didapatkan p value 0,000 dan diastol pre dan post didapatkan 0,026. Kesimpulan: maka berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh hypnoterapi terhadap perubahan tekanan darah baik pada sistol maupun diastol. Sehingga didapatkan intervensi hipnoterapi cukup efektif digunakan untuk menurukan tekanan darah.
