Injuries caused by falling patients in hospital services still occur, and cause mild to serious impacts. This study aims to provide an overview of the fulfillment of a sense of safety in preventing falls in patients with a high risk of falling. Methods: This type of research is descriptive analytic with a case study approach. to explore the problem of high risk of falls and the fulfillment of safety needs. The subjects of this case study were two patients at high risk of falling. Nursing care was carried out in the internal medicine room at a private hospital in Palembang. The nursing care process for each subject was carried out for three days. The data analysis used in this case study is descriptive analysis which is used to analyze the data by describing the collected data to make a conclusion that is presented in a narrative manner. Results: The study found Mrs. N Morse Fall Risk score of 60 with the condition of walking by holding on to surrounding objects, intravenous therapy installed, weak condition, while Mrs. S. Morse Fall Risk score of 75 with the condition of having a secondary diagnosis, walking aids holding on to surrounding objects, installed intravenous therapy, weak condition. The main diagnosis in nursing care is the risk of falling. The main interventions carried out included providing a high risk marker for falling in the patient's bed and medical records, using a bed safety fence, placing the bed in a low position, helping mobilize the patient to sit up, doing activities around the bed, going to the toilet, asking the patient to use a mat. non-slip feet, monitor the risk of falling every work shift, health education to patients and families on the risk of falling and call bell information for communication when the patient needs it, the results of the implementation for three days of patient care to avoid falling, low risk patients falling with Morse scores Fall Risk Ny N 30, which is infusion and weak condition, and Ny S value 45 with infusion, weak condition and has a secondary diagnosis. Conclusion Safety fulfillment interventions can prevent patients from injury due to falls. Self efficacy berperan sebagai salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap caring perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan self efficacy dengan perilaku caring perawat ruang rawat inap di rumah sakit. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deksriptif korelatif dan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling sebanyak 48 responden. Alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner sebanyak 32 item pernyataan caring dan 26 item pernyataan self efficacy. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan caring perawat kategori baik sebanyak 28 responden (58.3%), sedangkan self efficacy perawat kategori baik sebanyak 26 responden (54.2%). Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan self efficacy dengan caring perawat (p Value 0,05). Kesimpulan yang diperoleh yaitu self efficacy masing-masing perawat perlu ditingkatkan lagi agar dapat menumbuhkan sikap caring yang baik pada saat memberikan pelayanan keperawatan. Program pelatihan (training), reward, memberi support, memberi role model, ataupun strategi khusus lainnya perlu dilakukan agar dapat meningkatkan self efficacy. Methods: A qualitative phenomenological approach was followed. The purposeful sampling method was employed. Eleven participants met the criteria’s including seven staff nurses, one nurse team leader, one head nurse in the ward, one patient safety team and one head nurse. Data were collected using in-depth interview protocol and analyzed using Colaizzi’s method. Results: Four main themes described the nurses’ learning culture of patient safety in the hos- pital: (1) the stages of developing a learning culture with categories awareness, preparedness, implementation and maintenance; (2) learning activities with categories training; group learn- ing through discussion and reflection of cases; individual learning; (3) learning culture support with categories managers, peers, and individuals; (4) learning focus with categories patient safety goals and culture. Conclusion: The learning culture of nurses was developed through 4 stages with a variation of learning methods with the focus on goals and safety culture through the support of managers, groups, and individuals. The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation of student learning in basic biomedical science courses consisting of theory and practicum with offline and online methods by looking at the scores of students' final semester exam results.The sample for this assessment is 174. The value of offline theory compared to online differs by 4.94 points, where the online value is high.
