93,2%, pengelolaan obat 93,82%, ketepatan prosedur 94,00%, pengurangan risiko infeksi 91,97%

pasien kanker; dukungan sistem layanan kesehatan; nursing process untuk pendidik pasien;
dukungan pembelajaran. Tahap pengembangan model dihasilkan nurse educator model yang
valid dan teruji melalui konsultasi pakar, studi pilot dan konfirmational factor analysis melalui
SEM.

Mothers after section Caesarea will experience impaired physical
mobility, resulting in unfulfilled activity needs. Impaired physical
mobility can be overcome through the implementation of
mobilization support.
Methods: This case study design uses a descriptive method. The
sampling method used was a purposive sampling of as many as two
respondents, namely postoperative Sectio Caesarea patients who
underwent surgery at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital in March
2022. The case study data were taken using interviews, observation,
and secondary data tracing, namely collecting data on the status,
progress notes, checklists, and medical records. The analysis was
carried out descriptively and presented narratively.
Results: Mobilization support is effective in overcoming impaired
physical mobility of postoperative Sectio Caesarea patients
Conclusion: The results of the case studies illustrate the need to
implement mobilization support to overcome impaired physical
mobility in postoperative Sectio Caesarea patients to minimize
complications.</text>

</text>

<text>Background: Cancer is a large group of diseases characterized by abnormal cell growth outside
normal limits which can then attack parts of the body or spread to other organs. The World Health
Organization (WHO) estimates that there are 18.1 million new cancer cases and 9.6 million deaths
that occurred this year. The purpose of this paper is to obtain an overview of nursing
implementation in patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment with anxiety problems at a private
hospital in the city of Palembang. Method: the type of research used is descriptive analytic. The
approach used is a nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnoses,
planning, implementation and evaluation. The research subjects studied were two patients with
breast cancer chemotherapy. The study was conducted in the chemotherapy room. Data collection
methods were interviews, observations and physical examinations on March 29, 2021-12 April
2021. The results showed that after the implementation of nursing, the provision of information,
relaxation exercises and motivational support for three days was resolved the anxiety experienced
by the two patients was resolved. Conclusion: the anxiety of cancer patients undergoing
chemotherapy can be reduced through nursing implementation by nurses as service providers

health services, and the SWOT analysis obtained from Google Scholar, Sci-

was in Indonesia the SWOT analysis was aimed at hospital organizations
and few were oriented towards special services which had similar indicators

on internal and external factors. Meanwhile, outside Indonesia, SWOT analy-
