Teenagers' daily lives have changed dramatically during the COVID-19 era due to the social restrictions that have been imposed, including the closure of schools, recreation centers and sports facilities. The purpose of this study was to assess the diet carried out during isolation with psychological adolescents. A total of 206 teenagers took the online survey. Participants showed negative psychological, and healthy diet at moderate limits. Hierarchical regression analysis shows that a healthy diet has a positive psychological effect. The results of the study found that adolescent psychology in this study was below the threshold recommended by the World Health Organization as an indication of possible depressive symptoms, measures to reduce wrong dietary behavior in adolescents a priority for the community and policy makers. Angka kejadian didunia terus meningkat, menurut WHO pada tahun 2004 menunjukkan angka kejadian 10% dari 66 juta anak sekolah.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuiHubunganPromosi Kesehatan Terhadap Tingkat Pengetahuan tentang Miopia padaSiswa KelasV Di SD Negeri 46Kota Lubuklinggau Tahun 2014.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan preeksperimen One Group Pretest dan Posttest. Populasi penelitian adalah semuasiswa kelas V SDNegeri 46 Kota Lubuklinggau Tahun 2014 berjumlah 128 siswa. Cara pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan cara acak sederhana (simple random sampling) sebanyak 55 sampel. Dikumpulkan langsung dari responden melalui angket dengan menggunakan kuesioner.Hasil penelitian responden yang memiliki nilai rata-rata pengetahuan pertama adalah nilai 72,27 dengan standar devisiasi 14,937. Pada pengukuran kedua didapat nilai rata-rata pengetahuan adalah 85,49 dengan standar deviasi10,93. Nilai mean ada perbedaan antara pengukuran pertama dan kedua adalah -13,218 dengan standar deviasi 12.224. Berdasarkan analisis uji statistik T.Test dependent didapatkan nilai p.value=0,00 maka dapat disimpulkan ada perbedaan signifikan antara pengetahuan pertama dan kedua setelah promosi kesehatan di SD Negeri 46 kota Lubuk linggau tahun 2014.Berdasarkan penelitian ini untuk mencegah terjadinya miopi diharapkan kepada siswa untuk tidak membaca terlalu dekat, ruangan untuk membaca harus cukup terang, hindari membaca sambil tiduran, Jangan terlalu dekat dengan layar televisi/komputer dan makanlah makanan yang bermanfaat bagi mata.
