The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that there are 18.1 million new cancer cases and 9.6 million deaths that occurred this year. The purpose of this paper is to obtain an overview of nursing implementation in patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment with anxiety problems at a private hospital in the city of Palembang. Method:the type of research used is descriptive analytic. The approach used is a nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnoses, planning, implementation and evaluation. The research subjects studied were two patients with breast cancer chemotherapy. The study was conducted in the chemotherapy room. Data collection methods were interviews, observations and physical examinations on March 29, 2021-12 April 2021. The resultsshowed that after the implementation of nursing, the provision of information, relaxation exercises and motivational support for three days was resolved the anxiety experienced by the two patients was resolved. Method: A quasi-experimental pre post-test with control group design was used in this study. The number of samples amounted to 21 respondents in the treatment group and 21 respondents in the control. The sampling technique simple random sampling. The instrument in this study was a Cohen perceived stress questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by bivariate analysis used t-test independent. Results: The results show that there is no effect of progressive muscle relaxation exercises on the stress value of respondents (p value 0.363). However, PMR exercises have a positive impact on DM Type II patients as complementary nursing therapy in reducing stress. Conclusion: It is advisable for patients to do PMR exercises independently after getting nurse assistance during treatment. This study aims to provide an overview of the fulfillment of a sense of safety in preventing falls in patients with a high risk of falling. Methods: This type of research is descriptive analytic with a case study approach. to explore the problem of high risk of falls and the fulfillment of safety needs. The subjects of this case study were two patients at high risk of falling. Nursing care was carried out in the internal medicine room at a private hospital in Palembang. The nursing care process for each subject was carried out for three days. The data analysis used in this case study is descriptive analysis which is used to analyze the data by describing the collected data to make a conclusion that is presented in a narrative manner. Results: The study found Mrs. N Morse Fall Risk score of 60 with the condition of walking by holding on to surrounding objects, intravenous therapy installed, weak condition, while Mrs. S. Morse Fall Risk score of 75 with the condition of having a secondary diagnosis, walking aids holding on to surrounding objects, installed intravenous therapy, weak condition. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa depresi dan dukungan keluarga merupakan faktor independen yang berhubungan dengan kualitas hidup. The purpose of this activity is to regenerate awareness, increase participation and participation of citizens in bypassing the covid-19 chain with the PHBS approach. The method of this activity uses the Partner Village Development (PPDM) model in the form of community empowerment by implementing interprofessional interventions based on Interprofessional Collaboration (IPC) and the Inter Professional Education (IPE) approach. In Indonesia obtained mortality ulcer/gangrene diabetes ranged between 17-32% while the amputation rate between 15-30%. Patients died post-amputation was 14.8%, increased to 37% over three years. The mean age of the patients were only 23.8 months post-amputation. As many as 50% of amputations in patients with diabetes mellitus is estimated to be preventable if patients are taught preventive measures to treat the foot. Nurses as an important part of nursing caregiver should be able to contribute more in the Prevention of complications in diabetic patients, so we need new interventions to provide care. Aim this study determined the combined effect of foot exercises and hydrotherapy to increase peripheral circulation in patients with DM. The methods this study is an experimental research. The design study is a randomized controlled trial with the pretest-posttest control group. This study was using random sampling. The results are diabetes patients in this experiment consists of male 57.14%, not work 61.9% and 90.9%. not have foot ulcers. The average age of the respondents 56.8 years in the intervention group and 59, 5 in the control group. Average 4.33 years longer suffer DM in the intervention group and 59.5 years in the control group with the lowest age at 42 years. Blood sugar levels respondents the average 221 mg / dL in the intervention group and 180.7 mg/dl in the control group. There was no difference in mean Ankle Brachial Index (ABPI) in the intervention and control groups. There was a relationship between the value of the long-suffering DM and ABPI.
