Kesulitan mengingat ini merupakan suatu tanda penurunan kemampuan kognitif yang makin parah untuk masa mendatang bila tidak ditatalaksana dengan baik. Salah satu faktor penyebab penurunan kognitif lansia adalah dukungan sosial (social engagement). Dukungan sosial sangat penting dalam kehidupan lanjut usia yang hidup dalam suatu komunitas. Peningkatan gaya hidup sosial berhubungan dengan nilai kognitif yang tinggi pada komunitas karena aktivitas sosial menyediakan tantangan komunikasi efektif dan partisipasi dalam hubungan interpersonal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi social engagement lansia, baik aktivitas sosial, spiritual, seni, budaya, hubungan dengan keluarga, pemenuhan ekonomi keluarga, jaringan sosial, keanggotaan di masyarakat dan lain-lain berdasarkan lingkungan tempat tinggal di tiga kelompok Posyandu Lansia Kertapati Palembang yang dikaitkan dengan fungsi kognitif Lansia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 60 orang lansia yang di ambil secara proporsional pada 3 kelompok Posyandu Lansia Kertapati Palembang dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Aktivitas sosial dan jaringan sosial lansia di Posyandu Lansia Kertapati berhubungan secara bermakna dengan fungsi kognitif lansia (P-value = 0,012 dan 0,046). Lanjut usia yang memiliki aktivitas sosial yang kurang baik memiliki risiko mengalami gangguan fungsi kognitif sebesar 1,857 kali disbanding lansia yang memiliki aktivitas sosial baik (OR=1,857). Lansia yang kurang memiliki jaringan sosial berisiko mengalami gangguan fungsi kognitif sebesar 2,2 kali dibanding lansia yang memiliki jaringan sosial yang baik (OR=2,200). Tujuan: Peneliitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan latihan range of motion pada penderita pasca stroke. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan keluarga. Asuhan keperawatan diberikan pada dua keluarga dengan anggota keluarga mengalami stroke dalam 6 bulan terakhir dan mengalami kelemahan otot lengan dan tungkai. Pengukuran kekuatan otot menggunakan Manual Muscle Test. Hasil: Diagnosa keperawatan keluarga yang dapat diidentifikasi adalah hambatan mobilitas fisik penderita pasca stroke berhubungan dengan kelemahan otot, kurangnya pengetahuan keluarga berhubungan dengan ketidakmampuann mengenal masalah dan risiko jatuh berhubungan dengan kurangnya kemampuan keluarga dalam memodifikasi lingkungan rumah sehat. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kekuatan otot sebesar satu skala Manual Muscle Test. Kesimpulan: Manajemen penatalaksanaan dini dengan metode yang tepat pada penderita pasca stroke dengan kelemahan otot sangat diperlukan. The purpose of this study is to test the validity of subjective well-being and to determine the changes in subjective well-being scores of the Indonesian productive age population from 2007 to 2014. Methods: This research is a retrospective cohort study using Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) data. This study examined the respondents aged 15-57 years in IFLS4 (in 2007) and then repeated measurements in IFLS5 2014. The sample of this study was 8,920 individuals. The subjective well-being is constructed from the eight proposed indicators. The subjective well-being construct test uses confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Results: From the analysis, it was found that the eight indicators had good validity (SLF>0.3) to measure subjective well-being. The mean subjective well-being score in 2007 is 1.04 and increased by 0.77 points in 2014. Conclusion: Subjective well-being can be information that complements objective well-being indicators that reflect the success of a nation's development.
