Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur review berdasarkan referensi yang relevan dari judul yang terkait. Sumber datanya berdasarkan artikel terupdate yang dibatasi penerbitan jurnalnya dari tahun 2016-2020. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan 5 artikel penelitian yang telah direview penerapan Teknik Genggam Bola Karetdapat meningkatkan kekuatan otot ekstremitas atas yang mengalami gangguan mobilitas fisik.Diharapkan untuk perawat dapat menerapkan Teknik Genggam Bola Karet pada pasien Stroke Non Hemoragi.
