Background: One of the types of mental illness is schizophrenia, where the most common cause found, are hallucinations. The hallucinations that often occurred, in this case, are auditory. One of the ways to control auditory hallucinations is by conversing. When the client having a conversation with others, s/he will get distracted then his or her focus or attention will change over the hallucinations. Objective: to obtain an overview of the implementation of controlling auditory hallucinations through conversation. Method: The method used in this study is the literature review method where the source of the literature is obtained from the Google Scholar database (2014- 2020). Result: After searching for sources as many as 198 articles, the researcher took 5 articles which is relevant with the research topic about carrying out the implementation of conversing in auditory hallucinations patient. Conclusion: After carrying out the implementation of conversing with the auditory hallucination client, there is an influence on controlling hallucinations. When the client having conversations, s/he can transfer the hallucinations to the conversation. The client said that s/he did not hear the voice s/he usually heard. The client can socialize with his environment. The clients are happy and feel they have many friends. Suggestion: The implementation of conversing can be applied in helping clients to control the auditory hallucinations. For further researchers, it will be better to use more references from the source of citation-related to controlling hallucinations through conversation to facilitate further research. One of the actions to reduce or control hallucinations is Rebuke which aims to expel or decide hallucinations that are being experienced by the client. The purpose of this study is to determine the success rate of rebuking in reducing or controlling hearing hallucinations. Method: This type of research is narrative in the form of literature study using researt library. Criteria for articles / research results used in this study consisted of 5 articles / research results published online between 2015-2020. The article / research results are available in full text for researchers to use as data for analysis. Results: Based on the results of the study from the article, the researchers found that rebelling exercises can control or reduce hallucinations because by rebuking patients will be able to control themselves and reject hallucinations by not following the hallucinations that appear and can decide the contents of hallucinations that are being experienced by patients. Conclusion: It is hoped that the way to control hallucinations by rebuking can be developed further and become learning for further research. Kondisi itu disebabkan oleh tersumbatnya dan pecahnya pembuluh darah di otak. Stroke dapat menyebabkan hambatan mobilitas fisik. Rehabilitasi penderita stroke salah satunya dengan cara latihan ROM. Tujuan Penelitian: Melakukan implementasi keperawatan keluarga berupa penyuluhan kesehatan tentang stroke, hambatan mobilitas fisik dan latihan ROM pada penderita stroke non hemoragik dengan masalah hambatan mobilitas fisik di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Talang Betutu. Metode Penelitian: Studi kasus dengan fokus implementasi keperawatan keluarga. Subjek penelitian adalah 2 keluarga yang menderita stroke non hemoragik dengan masalah hambatan mobilitas fisik. Seseorang dikatakan menderita Gastroentritis bila feses lebih berair dari biasanya, dan bila buang air besar lebih dari tiga kali, atau buang air besar yang berair tetapi tidak berdarah dalam waktu 24 jam. Kasus gastroenteristis yang terjadi di Propinsi Sumatera Selatan tahun 2014 berjumlah 16.946 kasus melonjak tajam menjadi pada tahun 2015 sebanyak 193.699 kasus, sementara distribusi kejadian diare di kota Palembang pada tahun 2014 sebanyak 42.221 kasus, pada tahun 2015 menurun menjadi 40.626 kasus (Profil Dinas Kesehatan Prop SUMSEL 2016). Studi kasus ini menggunakan metode deskripsi, sampel adalah klien Gastroenteritis dengan masalah ketidakseimbangan cairan dan elektrolit. Data ini diperoleh dengan cara melalui anamneses, pemeriksaan fisik, dan dokumentasi. Setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan selama 3 hari diagnosa yang muncul yaitu implementasi sebagian besar telah sesuai dengan rencana tindakan yang telah ditetapkan. Kep., Sp. KMB Hipertensi merupakan tantangan besar di Indonesia dengan prevalensi yang tinggi, yaitu sebesar 25,8% pada tahun 2013. Dan meningkat kembali menjadi 32,4% pada 2017. Hipertensi adalah suatu keadaan dimana seseorang mengalami peningkatan tekanan darah diatas normal yang mengakibatkan peningkatan angka kesakitan (morbiditas) dan angka kematian (mortalitas). Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang pelaksanaan implementasi keperawatan pada pasien hipertensi hipertensi dengan masalah nyeri akut. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan. Subjek studi kasus adalah 2 orang pasien hipertensi dengan masalah nyeri akut yang dirawat di RSUD Sungai Lilin. Studi kasus ini dilaksanakan selama 11 hari mulai tanggal 14 Juni – 25 Juni 2019. Hasil Studi Kasus ini ialah didapatkannya gambaran pelaksanaan tindakan, mengkaji, nyeri, mengajarkan teknik napas dalam dan kolaborasi dengan obat. Adapun sara yang diberikan pada studi kasus ini adalah: saran bagi RSUD Sungai Lilin, saran untuk pasien dan saran kepada institusi pendidikan. Kep, Ns, M.Kes Gastritis merupakan suatu gangguan pencernaan atau peradangan yang terjadi pada lapisan mukosa lambung dengan gejala mual, muntah, demam, dan sakit pada ulu hati serta bersifat akut, kronik, difus atau lokal. Berdasarkan profil kesehatan di Indonesia tahun 2012, gastritis merupakan salah satu penyakit dalam 10 penyakit terbanyak pada pasien rawat inap dirumah sakit di Indonesia dengan jumlah kasus 30.154 kasus (4,9%) (Depkes RI, 2013, dalam JIMKESMAS, 2017) . Pada tahun 2014 menurut laporan Dinkes, gastritis menempati urutan ke-3 penyakit terbanyak di Sumatera Selatan dengan jumlah 32861 kasus dan pada tahun 2017 menjadi sebesar 2237 kasus. Penulis menggunakan metode deskripsi, adapun sampelnya adalah klien A dan D, data ini diperoleh dengan cara yaitu : wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi aktivitas, memperoleh catatan dan laporan diagnostik, bekerjasama dengan teman sekerja. Setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan selama 3 hari diagnosa yang muncul yaitu: Kekurangan Volume cairan berhubungan dengan dengan penurunan volume cairan ekstraseluler ditandai dengan ku lemas, turgor kulit tidak elastis dan mata cekung. Dalam implementasi sebagian besar telah sesuai dengan rencana tindakan yang telah diterapkan. Kerjasama antar tim kesehatan dan pasien atau keluarga sangat diperlukan untuk keberhasilan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien sehingga masalah keperawatan pasien mengenai Kekurangan Volume Cairan dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik dan sebagian masalah dapat teratasi sebagian. M.Kes Latar Belakang: Hipertensi atau yang dikenal dengan nama penyakit darah tinggi adalah suatu keadaan dimana terjadi peningkatan tekanan darah di atas ambang batas normal yaitu 120/80 mmHg. Bila tekanan darah sudah lebih dari 140/90 mmHg dinyatakan hipertensi (batas tersebut untuk orang dewasa di atas 18 tahun). Peningkatan tekanan darah yang berlangsung dalam jangka waktu lama (persisten) dapat menimbulkan kerusakan pada ginjal (gagal ginjal), jantung (penyakit jantung koroner) dan otak (menyebabkan stroke) bila tidak dideteksi secara dini dan mendapat pengobatan yang memadai. Penderita hipertensi juga sering kali merasa nyeri di bagian kepala. Metode: Studi kasus ini menggunakan proses pengkajian, analisa data, interpensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi terhadap penderita Hipertensi dengan masalah nyeri kepala. Hasil: Implementasi telah dilakukan selama tiga hari untuk mengatasi nyeri kepala pada penderita hipertensi yaitu, 1. Promosi kesehatan (lima tugas keluarga) 2. Relasasi nafas dalam dan 3. Kompres hangat. Setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan selama tiga hari perawatan berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan kedua klien merasakan nyeri kepalanya berkurang semenjak dilakukan perawatan dan keluarga memahami tentang perawatan yang telah diajarkan. Kesimpulan: Implementasi keperawatan keluarga yang telah dilakukan pada dua klien yaitu: 1. Promosi kesehatan (lima tugas keluarga) 2. Relasasi nafas dalam dan 3. Kompres hangat, dapat mengatasi nyeri kepala pada penderita hipertensi di wilayah kerja puskesmas 4 Ulu Palembang.
