<text>ABSTRACT
Overview of The Application of Wound Care in Type II
Background: Diabetes Mellitus is a systemic, chornic, and multifactorial disease characterized by hiperglycemia and hyperlipidemia. One complication in patients with diabetes mellitus is diabetic ulcer. Diabetic ulcer can be treated with wound care. The main principle in wound care management is infection control because infection can inhibit the wound healing process.
The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the implementation of wound care in patients with type II diabetes mellitus.
Method: This type of research is narrative in the form of literature study using researt library. Criteria for articles/ research results used in this study consisted of 5 artices/ research results published online between 2015-2019.
Result: In article one after being given wound care condition is slought, there is granulation, no pus, the wound is still smelly, lenght 7 cm, width 4 cm, in 2 cm, degree of wound 3, Last GDA: 180 Mg/dl, sample two wound condition has pus, the wound was seepingm the patient felt pain when GDA: 215 mg/dl treated. Study two after wound care was given wound score to 24. Study 3 after wound care wass given in sample one was 30 and sample two was 28. Study four showed that the width remained 10%, sludge is reduced by 10% and pus from 10 cc to 5 cc, the odor is reduced so that the third day does not cause a pungent odor. Articel five after being given a modern bandage is 33.35. The result of studies that have been analyzed from the five articles found that wound care can help the healing process of diabetic ulcers wounds that are being experienced by patient.
Conclusion and Suggestion: it can be concluded that the treatment of type II diabetes mellitus ulcer wounds is able to help the wound healing process and reduce the impact of infection on diabetic wounds and Future researchers are expected to be able to conduct research better so that knowledge about wound care for Diabetes Melllitus can continue to grow in the future.

Application of Finger hold Relaxation Therapy in patients with
appendectomy with acute pain problems
Background: The appendix is also called the worm tuft, worm tuft is a tubular
organ with a length of 2-6 inches (3-15 cm), the location of the appendix in the
right iliac below the iliocaecal valve, precisely in the abdominal wall below the
Mc Burney point.
Objective: this study was to obtain an overview of the implementation of
hand-held relaxation therapy to reduce acute pain in patients with appendectomy.
Method: This type of research is narrative in the form of literature studies.
Criteria for articles / research results used in this study consisted of 5 articles /
research results published online between 2015-2019.
Results: minimal-maximum pain intensity of 3-5, pain felt after being given a
hand-held relaxation technique were 8 painless respondents (42.1%), pain scale
decreased from scale 5 to scale 2, after finger hold relaxation technique to 2.16
with the difference obtained is 16.50, after the hand-held relaxation technique the
pain score is 3.87 (± 0.652). There is an influence of hand-held relaxation
techniques on post-surgical pain. In article 2, based on the difference in pain scale.
Conclusions and Recommendations: Hand-held finger relaxation therapy can
reduce acute pain in patients with appendectomy. The next researcher is expected
to be the basic data for the development of studies or research that develop
hand-held relaxation therapy methods.

<text>Melya. (2020). Overview of Nursing Implementation of Deep-Breathing Relaxation Exercise Technique in Postoperative Cholelithiasis Patients. Diploma III Nursing Program, Nursing Department of the Palembang Health Ministry of Health Polytechnic. Supervisor (I): Sulaiman, S.Pd., SKM., S.Kep., M.Pd., M.Kes. Advisor (II): Rumentalia, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kep., Sp.Kom.
Background: Cholithiasis or formation of gallstones if cholesterol is found excessive in bile and is usually composed of a mixture of cholesterol and bile pigment. Cholesterolasis is often associated with "7F" risk factors (Fat, Fermale, Forty, Fertile, Fatty food intolerance, Flatulens and Family History). Other condition factors are liver cirrhosis, postoperative obesity, diabetes mellitus, fat disorders, low cholesterol levels, high insulin levels, and metabolic syndrome disorders. Management of cholelithiasis can be divided into 2, namely surgical and non-surgical. Non-surgical therapy can be in the form of stone lysis while surgical therapy can be in the form of laparotomy, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, open cholecystectomy, and exploration of the choledococcus channel. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the implementation of deep breathing relaxation techniques to reduce pain in post-cholecatic surgery patients. Methods: The design of this study was a narrative study of literature studies that discussed relaxation exercise techniques to improve pain in postoperative cholelithiasis patients surgery. Results: The results of the study used in this study consisted of 5 articles / research results published online between 2015-2019. Based on these 5 articles, the implementation of deep-breathing relaxation exercise techniques can reduce pain in patients following laparotomy surgery (cholelithiasis). Conclusion: In addition to pharmacological therapy, deep breathing relaxation exercise techniques (non-pharmacology) have been proven to be effective in reducing pain in patients with postoperative cholelithiasis/ laparotomy surgery.</text>
