Until now it is not known what causes it, but it is thought to be caused by an increase in sex hormones produced during pregnancy. Nursing implementation for nutritional deficits is to assess nutritional status, perform oral hygienes and diet education. The research design used a descriptive method. The subjects of the study were 2 patients of 1st trimester pregnant women who had cases of emesis gravidarum with nutritional deficit problems. This research is located at the Midwifery Polyclinic of Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital and was conducted on April 14, 2021. The research data were collected using a physical assessment and examination format. After being tabulated, the existing data were analyzed in a narrative manner with the nursing care format. The results of the research obtained after implementing the implementation on Mrs. S and Mrs. I, the problem of nutritional deficits felt by both patients was reduced. One of the management of appendicitis is appendectomy surgery. Complaints that often arise after surgery are acute pain. To overcome acute pain, nursing implementation is carried out on these post appendicitis surgery patients. Method: This research design uses descriptive method in the form of case studies. The approach used is the nursing implementation approach. This research was conducted to compare two respondents who had been given the implementation. Results: The results showed that after nursing implementation was carried out, it was found that the patient's pain was reduced, marked by a decrease in the pain scale, in patient 1 the pain scale decreased from 5 to 2 and in patient 2 the pain scale decreased from 6 to 2. Conclusion: Seeing the results of this study, it is necessary to implement nursing assessing pain, deep breath relaxation techniques, semi-fowler position and collaborative drug administration to reduce acute pain felt by patients. The subjects of this case study were two patients and families of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with problems with the ineffectiveness of airway clearance. Case studies are conducted in the working area of the 1 Ulu Palembang Health Center in 2021, namely in the family home of Mr. S and Ms. S. Case studies are carried out with home visits of at least 3 visits to provide family nursing implementation to the family from April 11 to April 13, 2021. At the time of assessment the patient was coughing and experiencing shortness. Results: based on this research that has been done by experts regarding the nutrition of typoid fever children obtained the results of the implementation of a little feeding but with collaboration diet and it is important to do in cases of typoid fever in children. Latar Belakang : Bayi dengan berat badan lahir rendah (BBLR) adalah keadaan ketika bayi dilahirkan memiliki berat badannya kurang dari 2500 gram. Pada bayi BBLR keadaan ini dapat mengalami kekurangan zat gizi yang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh. Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah memperoleh gambaran hasil Efektifitas Pendidikan Kesehatan Keluarga Terhadap Pengetahuan Dan Kemandirian Merawat Bayi Berat Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR) Dalam Pemberian ASI. Metode : Penelitian ini adalah penelitian naratif studi literatur yang menggambarkan Efektifitas Pendidikan Kesehatan Keluarga Terhadap Pengetahuan Dan Kemandirian Merawat Bayi Berat Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR) Dalam Pemberian ASI. Kriteria artikel/ hasil penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 5 artikel/ hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan secara online antaratahun 2015-2019. Artikel atau hasil penelitian tersebut tersedia secara full Teks untuk digunakan penulis sebagai data untuk dianalisis (sebagaimana terlampir pada penelitian ini). Hasil : Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti mengenai Pendidikan Kesehatan Keluarga dari artikel yang didapatkan hasil bahwa sebelum dan sesudah di berikan pendidikan kesehatan terdapat perubahan yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemandirian keluarga merawat bayi BBLR dalam pemberian ASI dan dapat meningkatkan efikasi diri ibu dalam menyusui bayi BBLR. Kesimpulan : Pemberian pendidikan kesehatan keluarga ini efektif dilakukan karena dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemandirian keluarga merawat bayi BBLR dalam pemberian ASI dan dapat meningkatkan efikasi diri ibu dalam menyusui bayi BBLR sehingga mampu memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisi bayi BBLR. Background : Low birth weight babies (LBW) is a condition when a baby is born weighing less than 2500 grams. In LBW infants this situation can experience a lack of nutrients needed by the body. The general objective of this study is to obtain an overview of the effectiveness of family health education on the knowledge and independence of caring for low birth weight babies (LBW) in breastfeeding. Method : This research is a narrative study of literature that illustrates the Effectiveness of Family Health Education on Knowledge and Independence Caring for Low Birth Weight (LBW) Babies in Breastfeeding. Criteria for articles / research results used in this study consisted of 5 articles / research results published online between 2015-2019. The article or research results are available in full text for the author to use as data for analysis (as attached to this study). Results: Based on research conducted by researchers on Family Health Education from articles obtained the results that before and after being given health education there are changes that indicate an increase in knowledge and independence of families caring for LBW infants in breastfeeding and can increase theself-efficacy of mothers in breastfeeding LBW infants. Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan gambaran pelaksanaan Implementasi Efektivitas Fototerapi dalam Penurunan Hiperbilirubin pada Bayi Tahun 2020. Metode : Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian naratif dengan menggununakan studi literatur yang menggambarkan implementasi keperawatan efektivitas fototerapi dalam penurunan hiperbilirubin pada bayi. Hasil : Hasil penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 5 artikel/ hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan secara online antara tahun 2015-2019. Berdasarkan 5 artikel tersebut, implementasi fototerapi yang dilakukan pada kasus hiperbilirubin secara efektif menurunkan kadar bilirubin. Kesimpulan : Fototerapi mampu mempengaruhi penurunan kadar bilirubin dalam darah pada bayi dengan hiperbilirubin, sehingga proses penyembuhan atau pemulihan lebih cepat dan baik. Saran : Diharapkan dapat menerapkan implementasi efektivitas fototerapi dalam penurunan hiperbilirubin sehingga lebih cepat dan baik serta memotivasi para ibu pasien untuk melakukan fototerapi secara mandiri di rumah. Background : Hyperbilirubin is a common condition in newborns that refers to the yellow color of the skin and the whites of the eyes caused by too much bilirubin in the blood. To handle the case of hyperbilirubin the first choice made to reduce levels of bilirubin is by doing phototherapy. The general purpose of this study is toget a picture of the implementation of the Effectiveness of Phototherapy Implementation in Decreasing Hyperbilirubin in Infants in 2020. Method: The design of this study is a narrative study using a literature study that illustrates the implementation of nursing the effectiveness of phototherapy in decreasing hyperbilirubin in infants. Results: The results of the study used in the study this consists of 5 articles / research results published online between 2015-2019. Based on these 5 articles, the implementation of phototherapy carried out in cases of hyperbilirubin effectively decreases bilirubin levels. Conclusion:Phototherapy can influence the decrease in bilirubin levels in blood in infants with hyperbilirubin, so the healing process or recovery is faster and better.
