<text>Background: Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) with signs and symptoms such as fever, cough and shortness of breath. The number of positive cases of COVID-19 in Indonesia is still growing so that efforts are needed to control and prevent COVID-19, one of which is maintaining the health of the body. Endurance can be maintained and improved with healthy living habits, among others, maintaining cleanliness, good nutrient intake, and coupled with the use of herbal herbs/traditional medicine. This study aims to provide health education on COVID-19 and implement the use of herbal medicines as immunobooster to families with knowledge deficit problems.
Method: The design of this research is descriptive in case studies. Case studies were conducted at least 3x home visits to provide implementation of family nursing from March 30 to April 5, 2021. The subjects of the study used were 2 families with knowledge deficit problems in the use of herbal medicines as immunobooster in families in the Palembang Pembina Health Center area.
Results: The results of the study that after providing health education to both families, families can understand the information provided and apply the use of herbal medicines as immunobooster by utilizing herbal drinks ready to brew (jamu seduh) taken by all members so that the results obtained by clients and families feel fresh and fit so as to prevent COVID-19.
Conclusion: The provision of health education is very influential to the behavior of Mr. A and Mrs. L's family who began to be able to use herbal medicines as immunobooster as a form of prevention of COVID-19.</text>

<text>Bronchial asthma is a disorder in the form of chronic inflammation (inflammation) of the airways that causes bronchial hyperactivity, causing recurrent episodic symptoms of wheezing, shortness of breath, heaviness in the chest, and coughing especially, at night or early morning. The general objective is to be able to implement Family Nursing Implementation for Bronchial Asthma Clients with Ineffective Breathing Problems in the Work Area of the Social Puskesmas in 2021.
The design used is descriptive in the form of case studies, Samples taken were 2 people with the same medical diagnosis, namely bronchial asthma with ineffective breathing pattern problems in the working area of the Palembang Social Puskesmas, on April 05, 2021 - April 09, 2021.
The results showed that patient 1 and patient 2 could understand the information provided and apply the semi-fowler position, warm drinking water, simple inhalation of eucalyptus oil and health education so that the breathing pattern was less effective.
The results showed that the family social support that many families give to people with bronchial asthma is that the family looks very enthusiastic about the education given. Seeing the results of this study, it is necessary to have family social support in order to minimize the frequency of recurrences experienced by Bronchial Asthma sufferers.
Keywords: Bronchial asthma, ineffective breathing patterns.

<text>Background: Covid 19 is an infectious disease caused by the newly discovered coronavirus which causes respiratory tract infections in humans. Covid 19 has spread throughout the world, including Indonesia. This transmission can be prevented by providing Health Education in the form of the 5M Movement so that it can be applied to families.
Purpose: This study aims to provide health education about Covid 19 and implement the 5M Movement for families with a deficit of knowledge about Covid 19 and how to handle it.
Method: The research design was descriptive in the form of a case study. The research subjects used were 2 families with a Knowledge Deficit Problem about Covid 19 and how it was handled in families in the Work Area of the Puskesmas Pembina Palembang. A case study was conducted with 3 home visits to provide family nursing implementation from March 30 - April 4, 2021.
Results: The results showed that families 1 and 2 could understand the information provided and apply the 5M Movement so that the results obtained by the family felt safer and could minimize the transmission of Covid 19.
Conclusion: The provision of Health Education to families 1 and 2 can be understood by families and the application of the 5M Movement to both families for 3 days can increase family knowledge to be more self-preserving.
Suggestion: These suggestions can be used as learning materials and reference materials in providing nursing implementation regarding Covid 19 Handling.</text>

ABSTRACT
Background: Postoperative women with cesarean section feel post-operative pain due to disconnection of tissues, blood vessels and nerves. Release histamine and prostaglandins. Stimulate pain receptors at free nerve endings. Pain is perceived. Nurses have a big share in controlling pain with non-pharmacological methods, one of which is the Deep Breath Relaxation technique. Purpose of the case study: The author is able to carry out the implementation of nursing in postoperative mothers with sectio caesarea with acute pain
Case study method: The design of this case study is descriptive in the form of a case study with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. This case study focuses on the implementation of postoperative pain in the post-caesarean section through observation of pain, provision of deep breath relaxation techniques and education about acute pain in post-caesarean section postoperative mothers. The subject of the case study amounted to two cases with acute pain postoperative sectio caesarean nursing problem at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang in 2021.
Case study results: Deep breath relaxation techniques have an effect on effectively controlling the pain experienced by post-caesarean section patients
Conclusion: All nursing plans that have been prepared based on theory can be done in the field on patients.
Suggestion: It is hoped that the patient</text>

Lingga, Eldania Harisma (2021). Nursing Implementation Of Hyperthermi Management In Children With Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) With Hyperthermi At Bhayangkara Palembang Hospital in 2021. Diploma III Nursing Program, Department Of Nursing Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang. Advisor (I) : Rehana, S.Pd, S.Kep, M.Kes. Advisor (II) : Yunike, S.Kep, Ners, M.Kes.
Background : Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a viral disease transmitted by the aedes aegypti moquito which spreads very quickly. DHF is still the leading cause of child mortality. DHF often occurs in children aged less than 15 years, with the highest attack rate in the age of 5-9 years. Method : This tyoe of reseacrh design used is descriptive in case studies. This approach used is the nursing process which consists of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing. Subjects in this study consisted of 2 people with criteria suffering from DHF grade I and of the same gender. This research was conducted at Bhayangkara Palembang Hospital on 21-26 April 2021. Result : Nursing implementation in the form of giving warm comptrsses shows that the patient’s fever has decreased. Nursing implementation in the form of giving fluids orally showed the results of dehydration did not occur. Carrying out health education in the patient’s family shows the results that the patient’s family understands about DHF and how to handle the patient independently. Conclusion : After implementing nursing for 3 days, the patient’s hyperthermi resolved. Suggestion : Expected to implement and develop the implementation of hyperthermi management nursing in children with DHF.</text>
