<text>Background: This study aims to determine how the implementation of nursing
with ineffective airway clearance in pulmonary tuberculosis patients at
Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital in 2021. Nursing implementation that can be
done is to adjust theposition semi-fowler, effective cough exercises and
collaboration in giving mucolytic drugs.
Method: This research design uses descriptive method with the presentation of case
studies through the nursing care approach, namely assessment, nursing diagnosis,
nursing intervention, nursing implementation and nursing evaluation. Data
collection methods in the form of interviews, observation and documentation study.
In this case study, there are two types of data, namely subjective data and objective
data. Subjective data were analyzed based on what the researcher found on the
client. Meanwhile, the objective data were analyzed based on the results of physical
examination and then compared with normal values.
Results and Conclusions: After implementing the same nursing care for both
patients for 3 days, the conclusion was that the patient's respiratory rate began to
improve and both patients showed an increase in secretion ability so that the patient
was able to overcome the reduced sputum in the airway. The results obtained in
both patients were that the problem was partially resolved because the patient was
still in bed rest and the intervention was continued by the hospital.</text>

<text>Background: Pregnant women experience labor pains during the 1st stage of the active phase
due to uterine contractions that cause cervical dilation. Nurses have a big role in controlling
pain with non-pharmacological methods, one of which is the Counter Pressure technique. The
pressure exerted in this technique causes the gate control to close and the pain impulses cannot
be transmitted to the cerebral cortex. Purpose of the case study: The author is able to carry
out the implementation of nursing in phase 1 inparticular mothers with labor pains. Case study
method: The design of this case study is descriptive in the form of a case study with a nursing
process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation,
evaluation and documentation. This case study focuses on the implementation of the Phase I
Active Pain of Childbirth through observing pain, giving and teaching counter pressure
techniques and providing education about labor pain. The subject of the case study consisted
of two cases with the problem of active phase 1 childbirth pain at the Muhammadiyah Hospital
Palembang in 2021. The results of the case study: The counter pressure technique has an
effective effect on controlling the pain experienced by the inpartum patient when the first stage
is active. Conclusion: All nursing plans that have been prepared based on theory can be done
in the field on patients. Suggestion: The patient/family can apply the counter pressure
technique independently to improve health status.</text>

<text>Background: Violent behavior is a response to stressors faced by a person, which is
shown by actual behavior of violence, either to oneself, others or the environment,
verbally or non-verbally, with the aim of hurting others physically and psychologically.
To overcome the recurrence, clients need to learn techniques, namely the
implementation of implementation in the form of implementation strategies 2.
Case study method: The type of research used is descriptive in the form of case studies
to explore the implementation of nursing to control emotions by hitting harmless
objects on schizophrenic clients with behavioral problems. violence at Ernaldi Bahar
Hospital, South Sumatra Province and as for the research subjects who will be studied
are two patients, namely schizophrenic patients with violent behavior problems. The
place of research is the Ernaldi Bahar mental hospital, South Sumatra Province. The
instruments used in this scientific paper are assessment sheets and data from medical
records.
Case study results: The results showed that the implementation of implementation
strategy 2 in schizophrenic patients was that both patients had shown a significant
reduction in the level of violent behavior.
Conclusion: In carrying out the implementation the author involves the client directly
by using standard operating procedures. The results of the evaluation show that the
client is able to control violent behavior by implementing 2 techniques of hitting
harmless objects, in this case the pillow that has been taught by the author.</text>

by several risk factors. Risk factors for low back pain include: age, body mass
index, years of service, work chair, sitting position and exercise habits. The
purpose of this case study is to be able to implement muscle stretching exercises
and provide health education to families regarding Lower Back Pain. The design
of this case study is descriptive in the form of a case study to explore nursing
problems in families. Muscle stretching exercises for clients with muscolusceletal
complaints due to weaving in the work area of the Rantau Panjang Community
Health Center. The approach used is the nursing care approach which includes
assessment, nursing diagnoses, nursing interventions, nursing implementation,
nursing evaluation and documentation. The results showed that the family social
support that many families give to Low Back Pain sufferers is that the family
looks very enthusiastic about the education provided. Seeing the results of this
study, it is necessary to have family social support in order to minimize the

<text>Diabetes Mellitus is a type of chronic disease characterized by increased blood
sugar levels due to metabolic disorders in the body. Diabetes Mellitus sufferers will
usually experience weight loss due to glucose levels that cannot enter the body's cells,
so that the cells lack fuel to produce energy, so that energy sources have to be taken
from other reserves, namely fat and protein. The purpose of this study was to carry out
and determine the description of nursing care in Type II Diabetes Mellitus patients
with nutritional deficits. The type of research used is descriptive analytic in the form
of a nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning,
implementation, and evaluation. The study subjects were two Diabetes Mellitus
patients with nutritional deficit problems. This research was conducted on April 5,
2021 - April 8, 2021 at the Siti Fatimah Regional General Hospital, South Sumatra
Province. Based on the results of research conducted on the two patients for 3 days to
overcome the nutritional deficit, there was an increase in appetite and decreased
nausea and after being given education about the DM diet, the two patients were able
to know how to correct the DM diet.</text>

Impaired physical mobility is the limitation of an individual in carrying out activities. The general objective of this study was to obtain a description of the implementation of nursing carried out in postoperativepatients sectio caesarean with impaired physical mobility problems. This study uses a descriptive method with a nursing care approach that includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. The research subjects were 2 postoperativepatients sectio caesarean with problems with physical mobility problems in the midwifery room of Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang, on March 31, 2021 - April 4, 2021.
The results showed that early mobilization nursing actions can overcome physical mobility problems experienced by patients, so that patients can do activities as usual and can increase patient knowledge about early mobilization of post sectio caesarea. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to increase the provision of nursing care, especially in postoperativepatients sectio caesarean who focus on problems with physical mobility disorders.</text>
