This type of research is descriptive in the form of a case study for the implementation of falling risk prevention nursing at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. The results of this study show that prevention of fall risk that has been carried out using Morse fall risk calculations, installing bed handrails and the use of non-slip footwear can be done independently which has been taught. The subject of the case study used was an individual of two people aged 6-12 years who had the same nursing problem which is Dengue Fever with hyperthermia problems. This research was conducted at Siti Fatimah Hospital in April 2021. After 3 days of treatment, the results were obtained that patient 1 experienced a decrease in body temperature from 39ºC to 37ºC and patient 2 from 38.7º to 36.8ºC, the results showed that warm compresses and collaboration of drug administration were effective for lowering the body temperature of dengue fever children with hyperthermia problems. The difficulties experienced by the writer is when developing trust relationships, but after successfully developing it with both patients was finally seen cooperating with nurses.
