The purpose of this paper is to obtain an overview of the implementation of clots in patients undergoing chemotherapy with anxiety problems at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang. This type of research design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study. This research data was taken with basic nursing care including assessment, diagnosis, planning (intervention), implementation (implementation) and evaluation. The subjects of the study were 4 respondents with breast cancer with anxiety. The study was conducted in the chemotherapy room at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang. Rebuking can be one solution to minimize the appearance of auditory hallucinations in patients. Methods: This research was conducted at the Mitra Mulia Foundation. This study aims to provide an overview of the rebuke technique in an effort to break hallucinations in schizophrenic patients. This case study research is descriptive. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the inclusion criteria of experiencing stage I auditory hallucinations (Comforting) and not suffering from physical pain. The data was obtained from the results of direct observations and interviews conducted on January 31 to February 6, 2022. Results: The results showed that rebuking can control the patient's whispering. The inhibiting factor is not being able to evaluate when the patient is applying the rebuke technique when the hallucinations appear. The nursing implementation approach used includes identification of nutritional status: management of oral hygiene and providing diet education. This study was conducted to compare two respondents who had been given implementation for three days where 1 day was implemented 3 times, namely nutrition management, oral hygiene and diet education and was carried out in the morning. Results: The study showed that after three days of implementation the problem of nutritional deficit experienced by weight patients increased by 1 kg, oral hygiene improved, and knowledge increased. Conclusion: in overcoming nutritional deficits in pulmonary tuberculosis patients, there is no gap between theory and implementation in the field. The subjects of this case study are families who have hypertension sufferers in the Work Area of 23 Ilir Health Center Palembang. The results of the implementation in the form of Lavender Aromatherapy and health education to both families can reduce systolic and diastolic high blood pressure and pain management with the results of client 1 blood pressure number which was initially 150/90 to decrease with normal blood pressure of 120/80 and client 2 blood pressure systolic and diastolic heights of 150/100 decreased with normal blood pressure of 120/90. And on client 1, initially the pain scale started with 5, the pain scale decreased to 1 and client 2 the pain scale was 5, there was a decrease to pain scale 1. Looking at the results of this study, there was effectiveness in providing family assistance to clients with hypertension in reducing diastolic systolic blood pressure and pain management. . It is recommended that the implementation be carried out on a scheduled basis for families and clients with hypertension on high systolic and diastolic blood pressure they are experiencing. Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease that causes inflammation of the joints due to friction between the bones, causing pain and restriction of movement in the joints. The problem felt was joint pain.pain Osteoarthritis that is felt can be reduced by non-pharmacological administration through the implementation of warm ginger compresses. Method: The writing design used is descriptive in the form of a case study, the samples taken are 2 people with a medical diagnosis, namely Osteoarthritis with pain problems at the 23 Ilir Health Center Palembang, in February-March 2022. The data of this study were taken using questionnaires, interviews, and interviews. pain assessment. The analysis was carried out descriptively and presented in a narrative manner. Results: The results showed that client 1 and client 2 regarding chronic pain problems showed that after the implementation of warm ginger compresses for 4 weeks, it was carried out 2 times a week. So that the compress is given 8 times with a duration of 15 minutes, there is a decrease in the pain scale in client 1 which was initially on a scale of 5 and client 2 on a scale of 6 was able to decrease by 3 points. Conclusion: Implementation of ginger warm compress can reduce chronic pain in Osteoarthritis sufferers.
