<text>Background: Anxiety in pregnant women is caused by the increased production of the
hormone progesterone, which can affect the mother's physical and psychological
condition. Psychological conditions such as anxiety can affect the birth process. To
overcome this, mothers need a support system such as husband assistance which has an
important role in overcoming the anxiety of intranatal mothers in the first stage of
normal delivery by providing support in the form of emotional support, appreciation,
instrumental, and informative.
Methods: This research design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study
with 3 respondents as research subjects, namely intranatal patients during the first stage
of normal delivery in the PONEK room RSUD Siti Fatimah Az-Zahra Provinsi
Sumatera Selatan with the implementation of one day service. The approach used is a
nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning,
implementation, and evaluation. The research data were taken using questionnaires and
interviews.
Results: The results showed that the implementation of husband's assistance had a
significant effect on maternal anxiety during the first stage of normal delivery.
Conclusion: The results of the study illustrate the need for husband's assistance to
reduce maternal intranatal anxiety in the first stage of normal delivery because
husband's assistance has a significant effect on maternal anxiety in the first stage of
normal delivery.

<text>Background: Hypertension is a non-communicable disease in the form of
cerebral disorders in the form of cerebral blood vessels which causes the supply of
oxygen and nutrients to the brain tissue to decrease or blockage causing
headaches. The problem felt is headache caused by increased blood pressure.
because this high blood pressure can be reduced by implementing alternative nasal
breathing. The research design used is descriptive in a case study, the sample
taken is 2 people with a medical diagnosis of hypertension at the Alang-Alang
Lebar Public Health Center Palembang, on client 1 in March 2022 and client 2 in
April 2022. Research data were taken using questionnaires, interviews, blood
pressure measurements, and pain measurements. The analysis was carried out
descriptively and presented in a narrative manner. The results showed that client 1
and client 2 showed that after the implementation of the alternative nostril
breathing, Alternative for 12 times in 12 days with a duration of 15 minutes is
able to reduce blood pressure in client 1 systolic by 25 mmHg and diastolic 10
mmHg and in client 2 it is able to reduce blood pressure by systolic 15 mmHg and
diastolic 20 mmHg and the results of pain measurements show to client 1 and 2
were able to reduce 3 pain scales. The results showed that there is a need for
alternative nasal breathing interventions to reduce blood pressure in hypertensive
patients.
Methods : The research method is carried out by examining a problem in a case
using the form of a one group pretest posttest design. occurred after the
experiment. The research method in compiling this scientific paper uses a
descriptive method that describes a case study. Results: after applying alternative
breathing, the results showed that both subjects experienced a decrease in blood
pressure
Conclusion : The application of alternative nostril breathing is effective for
lowering blood pressure in hypertensive patients

<text>Efendi, Tiara (2022). Nursing Implementation of Effective Coughing for Family Members
with Bronchial Asthma Patients with Ineffective Airway Clearing Problems in the
Palembang Social Health Center Work Area in 2022. Diploma III Nursing
Program, Department of Nursing, Poltekkes Kemenkes Palembang. Advisor
(I): Indra Febriani, S. Kep, M. Kes. Advisor (II): Dr. Faiza Yuniati, S.Pd,
MKM.
Bronchial asthma is a disorder in the form of chronic inflammation
(inflammation) of the airways that causes bronchial hyperactivity, causing recurrent
episodic symptoms of wheezing, shortness of breath, heaviness in the chest, and
coughing especially, at night or early morning. The general objective is to be able to
describe the implementation of nursing application of effective cough on family
members with bronchial asthma with ineffective airway clearance problems in the
Palembang Social Health Center Work Area in 2022
The design used is descriptive in the form of a case study, the samples taken
are 2 people with the same medical diagnosis, namely bronchial asthma with
ineffective airway clearance problems in the Palembang Social Health Center Work
Area, on February 23, 2022 – March 04, 2022.
The results showed that client 1 and client 2 could understand the information
provided and apply effective coughing exercises and health education so that
ineffective airway clearance was reduced.
The results showed that the family social support that many families give to
people with bronchial asthma is that the family looks very enthusiastic about the
education given. Seeing the results of this study, it is necessary to have family social
support in order to minimize the frequency of recurrences experienced by Bronchial
Asthma sufferers.

<text>Background : Oxytocin massage is one solution to overcome the non-smooth milk
production. Oxytocin massage is a massage along the spine (vertebrae) from the
protruding neck bones (processus spinosus) to the fifth-sixth ribs extending to the
scapula which will accelerate the work of the parasympathetic nerves to convey
commands to the brain so that the release of the hormone oxytocin increases and is an
attempt to stimulate prolactin and oxytocin after delivery. This massage serves to
increase the hormone oxytocin which can calm the mother, so that milk will
automatically come out, then oxytocin will stimulate the contraction of myoepithelial
cells in the breast for spraying milk.
Methods: The design of this case study is a case study to explore the problem of
nursing implementation in patients implementing oxytocin massage with ineffective
breastfeeding problems in post SC patients at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang
City. The approach used is a nursing care approach which includes assessment,
nursing diagnosis, planning, evaluation, and documentation.
Results: The study found that the problem of breast milk production was resolved by
providing breastfeeding education and oxytocin massage techniques to overcome
breastfeeding problems. The implementation of oxytocin massage is able to help
patients in overcoming the problem of milk production.
Conclusion: The results of the study illustrate the need for an oxytocin massage
technique intervention to overcome the problem of breastfeeding.

Background: Fracture or fracture is a condition where the continuity of bone and
or cartilage is broken, which is generally caused by force and is also caused by
trauma or physical exertion, which is determined by the type and extent of trauma.
Impaired physical mobility is a limitation in the physical movement of one or
more extremities independently. The problem raised in this case study is impaired
physical mobility in postoperative lower extremity fracture patients. The purpose
of this case study is to implement impaired physical mobility in postoperative
lower extremity fracture patients. Methods: The design of this research is
descriptive in the form of a case study. The approach used is a nursing care
approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnoses, planning,
implementation, evaluation, and nursing documentation. The subjects in this study
were 2 people with the same criteria, namely postoperative lower extremity
fracture patients. This research was conducted at Palembang Muhammadiyah
Hospital in 2022. Results: The results showed that impaired physical mobility was
carried out by changing the patient's body position, early ambulation, and
assisting with Activity Daily Living (ADL) with the implementation of 1 time per
day in the morning. This study was conducted to compare 2 respondents who had
been given implementation for 3 days. After the implementation of nursing
changed the patient's body position, early ambulation, and assisting with the Daily
Living (ADL) for 3 days, the conclusion that was obtained was that in patient 1,
the patient became accustomed to training himself but was still assisted by his
family and for his daily meals. a little. While patient 2 after the procedure the
patient became accustomed to training himself but still asked for help from his
family and for his daily meals the patient chewed slowly and the patient drank by
himself. Conclusion: It is expected to be able to implement and develop the
implementation of changing the patient's body position, early ambulation, Activity
Daily Living (ADL) to the adaptation of impaired physical mobility in
postoperative lower extremity fracture patients so that postoperative lower
extremity fracture patients will feel comfortable and will get used to training
themselves .

Background: Tuberculosis is a Chronic lung infection disease caused by
Mycobacterium tuberculosis. In patients with pulmonary tuberculosis will
experience interference with the airway, if there is a blockage in the bronchial
area. To overcome the disruption of oxygenation needs caused by obstruction of
the airways, it can be done by means of effective coughing exercises, effective
cough education, and collaboration in the provision of mucolytic drugs. Methods:
This research design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study with
data collection methods by means of interviews and physical examination.
Research subject as many as 2 respondents, namely Pulmonary Tuberculosis
patients with ineffective airway clearance problems who were hospitalized in the
internal medicine room at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang. The nursing
implementation approach used included Effective Coughing Exercises, Effective
Cough Education, and collaboration in administering mucolytic drugs with 1-time
implementation. per day in the morning. This study was conducted to compare 2
respondents who had been given implementation for 3 days. Results: After
implementing the same nursing for both patients for 3 days, the conclusions
obtained were that the patient's respiratory rate began to improve, was able to
cough effectively, and showed an increase in the ability to produce sputum even
in small amounts so that the patient was able to overcome the reduced sputum on
the way. breath. Conclusion : The results of the study illustrate the need for
effective cough interventions to remove sputum that has accumulated in the lungs.
