Background: Pulmonary TB is a disease that is still a problem in the world
caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis, pulmonary TB can be
transmitted through airbon. The increasing cases of pulmonary TB have
become a problem, one of the problems that often arises is ineffective
airway clearance. This problem of ineffective airway clearance is caused by
the inability to clear secretions. These secretions will collect in the airways
which can cause blockage.
Objective: the purpose of writing this scientific paper is to get an overview
of the implementation of nursing in pulmonary TB patients with ineffective
airway clearance problems at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang.
breathing patterns, additional breath sounds, and sputum, adjust the semiFowler position and teach effective coughing techniques.
Subjects: the subject of the case study to be studied is two pulmonary
tuberculosis patients with ineffective airway clearance problems.
Methods: There were two patients studied, this study used descriptive
analytical methods in the form of case studies by carrying out nursing care
including assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and
evaluation by focusing on implementation of the problem of ineffective
airway clearance in pulmonary TB patients.
Conclusion: the results of the study showed that the implementation of
nursing in pulmonary tuberculosis patients with ineffective airway clearance
problems given to patients was able to overcome and reduce sputum in the
patient's airway.

Background: Hypertension is a state of increased blood pressure characterized by
blood pressure of more than 140/90 mmHg and will give further symptoms to a
target organ such as stroke (for the brain), coronary heart disease (for the heart
blood vessels). Risk factors that cause high blood pressure include advanced age,
a history of high blood pressure and heredity.
Case Study Methods: The design of this case study is a case study to explore the
problem of implementing nursing in implementation patients with acute pain
problems in hypertensive patients at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang City.
The approach used is a nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing
diagnosis, planning, evaluation, and documentation.
Case Study Results: The study obtained results with the pain problem being
resolved by conducting a Pain Management Assessment to find out the pain scale
by carrying out pain assessment actions using the PQRST method with
implementation 1 time per day in the morning or afternoon. This study was
conducted to compare 2 respondents who had been given implementation for 3
days, the conclusions obtained were that in patient 1, there was a pain scale of 3
and in patient II, the pain scale was 2. breathing exercises (deep breathing
relaxation techniques), to reduce head pain by doing implementation 1 time per
day in the morning or afternoon. This action or this study was carried out to
compare 2 respondents who had been given implementation for 3 days, the
conclusions obtained were that in patient 1 the pain problem was reduced and
used to do it alone when the pain suddenly appeared and patient II also said the
pain problem disappeared and do it whenever the pain arises. Collaboration of
Analgesic Giving by implementing nursing 1 time per day in the morning or
afternoon. This action is to determine whether there is an effect on the drug given
to the two respondents. For 3 days given the drug, both respondents experienced
that the pain had reduced.
Conclusion : It is expected to be able to apply and develop the implementation of
deep breathing relaxation techniques and take medication to overcome acute pain
problems in hypertensive patients so that patients can feel comfortable and
relaxed

<text>Background: Labor is the process of expelling the products of conception (fetus
and placenta) who have reached term or can live outside the womb by way of born
or by other means, with or without assistance (own strength). This process begins
with the presence of true labor contractions, which are characterized by progressive
cervical changes and ends with delivery of the placenta (Sari, 2014). One of the
complications in labor is prolonged labor, which influenced by the strength and
psychology of mothers who are not ready to face labor. The perceived problem is
anxiety and can be reduced through implementation of progressive muscle
relaxation therapy. The purpose of this research is to reduce anxiety in latent phase
I intranatal patients.
Methods: The design of this research is descriptive in the form of a case study. The
subjects studied were 3 people, namely intranatal patients in the latent phase I in
the Ponek room at Siti Fatimah Hospital, South Sumatra Province on March 24,
2022. The data of this study were taken using questionnaires and interviews which
were presented in a narrative manner.
Result: After implementing nursing progressive muscle relaxation
therapy Anxiety experienced by patients can be reduced by a score of 14 and 9.
Conclusion: It is hoped that the nursing implementation of progressive muscle
relaxation therapy in latent phase I intranatal patients with anxiety can be
developed and become a lesson for further research.

World Health Organization (WHO) in 1993 as a health emergency many people die
every year from tuberculosis. Cough problems in pulmonary tuberculosis caused by
secretions in the respiratory tract can be overcome with effective cough exercises.
Method: Design this research using descriptive methods with case study exposure.
The approach used in this scientific paper is the assessment, diagnosis of nursing,
planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing. The subjects of the case study
used 2 people, an adult male with a minimum treatment length of 3 days with the
criteria of having ineffective airway cleaning problems. This research was conducted
at Palembang Bari Hospital in 2022.
Results: The results of studies of patients 1 and 2 can show the results of nursing
implementation Effective cough exercises for 3 days can overcome cough by removing
phlegm to the maximum.
Conclusion: The results of the study illustrate the need for effective cough exercises
in overcoming cough due to sputum that is difficult to remove in pulmonary
tuberkulosis patients.
