Methods: This type of research is descriptive in the form of a case study to explore the problem of nursing implementation in patients with type II diabetes mellitus with impaired skin integrity at Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital in 2022. The approach used is a nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. Results: The results obtained after applying the moist wound healing procedure to patient I for three consecutive days, the wound dries up a bit, and reduces pus. Meanwhile, in patient II after performing wound care for three consecutive days, the results showed that the wound looked moist and reduced pus. Conclusion: Research has found that moist wound healing is effective in the wound healing process. People with diabetes mellitus will usually experience weight loss caused by glucose levels in the blood that cannot enter the body's cells, so that the cells lack fuel to produce energy, so energy has to be taken from other reserves, namely fat and protein. Methods: The design of this study used a descriptive method with case study exposure through a nursing implementation approach in diabetes mellitus patients with nutritional deficit problems. Results: Based on the results of research conducted on both patients for 5 days to overcome nutritional deficits, it was found that there was an increase in appetite and decreased nausea and vomiting and after being given education about the DM diet, both patients were able to know how to do the correct DM diet. Conclusion: The results of the study illustrate the need for intervention in nutritional deficits in patients with diabetes mellitus to achieve weight loss. Purpose : The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to get an overview of the implementation of nursing in bronchial asthma patients with ineffective airway clearance problems at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang. The implementation of nursing that can be done on the problem of ineffective airway clearance is by monitoring breathing patterns, breath sounds and sputum, adjusting the semi�Fowler position, practicing effective coughing and providing health education about effective coughing techniques and their benefits. Subjects : The case study subjects studied were two patients with bronchial asthma with the same nursing problem, namely the problem of ineffective airway clearance. Research Method : The design of this study used a descriptive analytic method with case study exposure through a nursing implementation approach in bronchial asthma patients. Background: Hyperthermia is a common nursing problem found in patients with typhoid fever. Nursing implementation through a nursing care approach is given to assist in decreasing body temperature. The purpose of this case study is to describe the implementation of hyperthermia management in patients with impaired body temperature balance. Method: This research method is descriptive using case study method. Implementation includes monitoring body temperature, warm compresses, recommending bed rest and collaboration of intravenous fluids and electrolytes. The research was conducted at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang with 2 participants with typhoid fever patients with hyperthermia problems. Implementation is carried for 5 days in patient 1 and 3 days in patient 2. Rresult: the case study results showed a decrease in patient's body temperature, patient 1 from 38,5°C to 36,5°C while patient 2 from 39°C to 36,3 °C. Conclusion: The problem of hyperthermia in patients with typhoid fever can be resolved through an implementation approach to hyperthermia management. MPH Background: Violent behavior is a condition in which a person performs actions that can harm physically, both to himself and to others. One implementation that can be done to control violent behavior is a deep breathing relaxation technique. Methods: Design This study uses a descriptive method. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with 3 respondents, namely patients with violent behavior problems who were treated at the Mitra Mulia Banyuasin Foundation, South Sumatra. The research data was taken by using interviews and observation. The results of data collection are presented in the form of tables and narratives. Results: The implementation of nursing in patients with violent behavior is carried out through deep breathing relaxation techniques carried out through BHSP activities and information on efforts and prevention, training patients to do deep breathing relaxation techniques, facilitating patients to do deep breathing relaxation techniques, and monitoring evaluations on patients. And the results show that the patient can control his emotions .Conclusion: The results of this study illustrate the need to implement deep breathing relaxation techniques to control violent behavior.
