The of aromatherapy is able in increasing relaxation, lowering stress, and reducing pain. The purpose of this study was to describe aromatherapy (observational, therapeutic, educational, and collaborative0 in Post Sectio caesarea patient with acute pain, analyze the results of the implementation of aromatherapy in Post Sectio caesarea patient with acute pain. Methods: This research design uses a descriptive methode in the form of a case study with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation. This case study focuses on the implementation of aromatherapy nursing and providing health education about aromatherapy. The subjects studied were 2 patients with the same nursing cases and problems, namely postoperative Sectio caesarea patients with acute pain at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang. This research was conducted on March 7, to March, 9 2022 and March, 12 to March, 14 2022. Results: The results show that aromatherapy has an effective effecr on treating acute pain in patiens, so that the pain experienced by patients reduces the impact of independent activities and can increase patients knowladge about aromtherapy of Post Sectio caesarea. Conclusion: It is hoped that the implementation of aromatherapy in postoperative Sectio caesarea with acute pain can be implemented and can be further developed and become a lesson for further research. Diabetes Mellitus is a disease that requires good nutritional management, non-adherence to diet and eating patterns will result in instability of glucose in the blood. Methods: This research design uses a case study design with a descriptive method with a nursing care approach that includes assessment, diagnosis nursing, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. The case study subjects in this study amounted to two cases of Type II Diabetes Mellitus patients with the same nursing problem, namely Nutritional Deficit. Results: Based on the results of the study conducted on patient 1 who was 39 years old with a body weight of 47 kg and BMI 18,3 and in patient 2 who was 67 years old with a weight of 48 kg and BMI 18,7, it was found that there was a problem of nutritional deficits in both patients with Type II DM medical diagnosis. After the implementation was given in the form of identification of nutritional status (BMI), oral hygiene measures, and DM diet education, it was found that the problem of nutritional deficits in patients was resolved marked by an increase in weight and BMI during nursing implementation. Conclusion: Implementation in the form of identification of nutritional status (BMI), oral hygiene measures, and DM diet education in both patients have been carried out in the research field. Methods: The design of this case study is descriptive analytic in the form of a case study with an improvement process approach consisting of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. This case study focuses on developing deep breathing techniques on changes from fatigue that can be measured through FACIT. The case study subjects were three patients with the same problem, male and female, undergoing hemodialysis with activity intolerance at the Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital in 2022. Result : Based on the results of fatigue observations through the FACIT questionnaire, it was found that there was a decrease in the level of fatigue both before and after the implementation of deep breathing relaxation. Background: Hallucinations are the client's perception of the environment without a real stimulus, meaning that the patient interprets something that is not real without external stimuli. There are several types of hallucinations, one of which is auditory hallucinations. Auditory hallucinations are auditory hallucinations, which are hallucinations with the occurrence of stimulus disturbances where the patient hears people's voices as if they are talking about what is on his mind and orders him to do something that can harm the patient. Methods: This research design uses a descriptive method. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with 3 respondents, namely patients with auditory hallucinations who were treated at the Mitra Mulia Banyuasin Foundation, South Sumatra. The research data was taken by using interviews and observation. The results of data collection are presented in the form of tables and narratives. Results: Nursing implementation for auditory hallucinations is carried out through psychoreligious dhikr therapy efforts carried out through BHSP activities and information on efforts and prevention to train patients to do dhikr psychoreligious therapy, facilitate patients to carry out psychoreligious dhikr therapy, and monitor patient evaluations. And the results show that the patient can control the hallucinations he hears. Conversing with other people is one of the efforts that can be done to reduce the appearance of hallucinations in patients. However, research exploring the benefits of conversing is still very limited. Methods : This case study study aims to describe the implementation of conversational nursing techniques for auditory hallucinations patients conducted at the Mitra Mulia Banyuasin Foundation, South Sumatra. This case study research is descriptive, with the implementation method using nursing care. The research data was taken by means of the assessment process, interviews, and direct observation. Conducted from January 31 to February 06, 2022. The subjects of the case study were three patients with auditory hallucinations. Results : After implementation on patients, it was found that speaking was effective in controlling auditory hallucinations. However, the inhibiting factor during implementation was that the researcher could not see directly the patient applying the way of conversing when his hallucinations appeared. Conclusion : Conversation is effective to control the hallucinations experienced by patients because it can divert patients from listening to unreal voices into real conversations. Background : Hernia is a protrusion of the contents of a cavity through a weak part of the wall of the cavity concerned. In an abdominal hernia, the contents of the stomach protrude through a weak portion of the muscullo-apponeorotic layer of the abdominal wall. Hernias consist of a ring, pouch, and hernia contents. Methods: This type of research is descriptive with a case study design using a comprehensive nursing process approach including assessment, nursing diagnosis, nursing planning, nursing implementation and nursing evaluation. Result: changes in anxiety intensity after giving progressive muscle relaxation therapy, namely client I and client II who previously experienced anxiety with anxiety scores of 27 and 26 after progressive muscle relaxation therapy actions, anxiety reduced to an anxiety score of 14, and were given health education about muscle relaxation techniques progressive in clients and families so that clients seem to understand the benefits of progressive muscle relaxation techniques. Conclusion: the study found that anxiety can be decreased by performing progressive muscle relaxation therapy in pre-op hernia patients with anxiety problems. Long-term management of patients with BPH is surgery. Surgical procedures have a side effect, namely pain. In terms of overcoming pain, a strategy that is often referred to as pain management is carried out, one of which is the provision of deep breathing relaxation techniques. Methods : This research design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study. The approach used is a nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Results : The study was conducted for 3 days, the results showed that the pain of both patients was reduced seen from the pain scale indicators, namely pain scale 3 in patient 1 and pain scale 2 in patient 2. Conclusion : There is a change in pain scale in postoperative benign prostatic hyperplasia patients who have undergone surgery. given deep breathing relaxation techniques.
