Diarrhea in children must be treated immediately by bringing the child to the hospital because diarrhea that is too frequent in children can cause disruption of the gastrointestinal system such as malabsorption which can lead to reduced nutrient intake in children and can lead to nutritional deficits in children with diarrhea. If this occurs in children, nutritional management measures are needed. Methods: This type of research design uses a descriptive design in the form of a case study. The approach used is a nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. The case study subjects were 2 pediatric patients suffering from diarrhea, patient 1 was 6 years old and patient 2 was 7 years old who had nutritional deficit nursing problems. This research was conducted at Siti Fatimah Hospital Palembang in 2022. Results: Implementation of effective nutrition management nursing to overcome the problem of nutritional deficits that occur in children with diarrhea by showing the results of weight gain in children every day during the nursing process. Discussion: It is hoped that the patient's parents can recognize the signs of diarrhea in children so that there is no nutritional deficiency problem and it is hoped that parents can apply the nutritional management that the author has taught. At the level of development or adult age, the normal sleep pattern needed is about 8 hours a day. But nowadays it is found that people with hypertension only sleep 2-3 hours a day. The purpose of this case study is to provide nursing care to hypertensive clients with sleep pattern problems at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang. Methods : The design of this case study is descriptive in the form of a case study with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, evaluation and documentation. The case study subjects were 2 cases of Hypertension with nursing problems of sleep pattern disorders in Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang in 2022. Data collection techniques were by means of observation, interviews and filling out research instruments for 3 days in the treatment room. The results of the assessment before being given therapy, the patient had disturbed sleep patterns and complained of difficulty sleeping. Results : Relaxation therapy has an effective effect on reducing pain and blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Blood pressure decreased after relaxation therapy. Subjek penelitian kasus berjumlah sebanyak 2 orang dengan kasus dan masalah yang sama yaitu pasien hamil trimester III dengan masalah nyeri punggung bawah. Lokasi studi kasus di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2022. Data diambil menggunakan format pengkajian asuhan keperawatan maternitas. Selanjutnya data disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prenatal yoga dapat mengurangi nyeri punggung bawah pada ibu hamil trimester III. Sebelum melakukan prenatal yoga kedua pasien mengalami nyeri dengan skala sedang, sedangkan setelah dilaksanakan prenatal yoga skala nyeri yang dialami kedua pasien menjadi nyeri ringan. Bronchial asthma is a non-communicable disease caused by chronic inflammation of the airways that causes hyperresponsiveness, mucus production, and mucosal edema. This causes recurrent symptoms such as dyspnea, wheezing, heaviness in the chest, and coughing, especially at night. The general objective is to describe the implementation of nursing for bronchial asthma patients with ineffective airway clearance problems. The design used is descriptive in the form of a case study, the samples taken are two people with the same medical diagnosis, namely bronchial asthma with ineffective airway clearance problems, at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang. The results showed that client 1 and client 2 were obtained. The results showed that the implementation of nursing in bronchial asthma patients with ineffective airway clearance problems given to patients was able to reduce shortness of breath in patients. The conclusion of the study is that after implementing nursing in bronchial asthma patients with ineffective airway clearance problems, namely practicing effective coughing, adjusting the semi-fowler position, and giving warm drinks from both patients, it can be concluded that the three implementations can make the patient comfortable and can reduce the patient's shortness of breath. Diabetes Mellitus is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by high blood sugar levels (hyperglycemia). The problem experienced is the instability of blood sugar levels. One of the implementations of nursing is in the management of 4 pillars, namely meal planning (diet), physical activity, medication, and education. However, it can reduce blood sugar through physical activity, namely implementing low impact aerobics. Methods: This research design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case study report. The samples taken were 2 respondents, namely clients with Diabetes Mellitus who experienced problems with unstable blood sugar levels in the working area of the Gandus Health Center Palembang, in February-March 2022. The data of this study were taken using questionnaires, interviews, and physical examinations. The analysis was carried out descriptively and presented in a narrative manner. Results: The results of research from client 1 and client 2 regarding the problem of unstable blood sugar levels showed that after the implementation of exercise (aerobic low impact) for 12 times in 4 weeks which lasted 30 minutes, it was able to reduce blood sugar levels of clients 1 GDS 189mg/dL and clients 2 GDS 187mg/dL. Conclusion: Exercise (aerobic low impact) to reduce blood sugar levels in patients with Type II Diabetes Mellitus. Background: Data for cesarean section with indications of cephalopelvic disproportion at the Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital in 2020 as many as 88 out of 2318 and in 2021 as many as 107 out of 2111. Pain is a problem that often occurs in mothers who gave birth to cesarean section with indications of cephalopelvic disproportion due to stretching of the uterine and incisional muscles in the abdominal tissue. The purpose of this study is to reduce the pain felt by the patient so that they can move well. Methods: This type of research is descriptive in the form of a case study. The subjects studied were 2 patients with the same nursingcases and problems, namely post cesarean section patients with cephalopelvic disproportion indications with acute pain at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang. This study was conducted on March 8-13, 2022. Results: After implementing the guided imagination technique (benson relaxation) nursing for 3 treatments forpost cesarean sectionpatients with indications of cephalopelvic disproportion withacute pain, it showed a significant effect on decreasing pain intensity. Discussion: The implementation of guided imagination technique (benson relaxation) in post cesarean section patients with acute pain can be applied. Background: Typhoid fever is a disease caused by the bacteria Salmonella typhi. Typhoid fever or more often called typhus is a gastrointestinal infection disease caused by the bacteria Salmonella typhia, can be transmitted through food and drink. Samonella bacteria are found in the feces and urine of sufferers. The general aim of this study is to describe the implementation of nursing in patients with typhoid fever with a warm compress technique to reduce hyperthermia. Method: This research is a descriptive study with a case study design, in the case of a decrease in body temperature with a warm compress technique through the nursing process approach carried out by the researcher. Data collection in this study was by measuring the child's body temperature using a thermometer, and comparing the temperature results after a warm compress was carried out using a body temperature comparison sheet after and after a warm compress. Results: The results of the study after the implementation of the warm compress technique showed that patient 1 and patient 2 showed that the body temperature had improved within the normal range. What was found was that there was a significant relationship between hyperthermia and giving warm compresses to children with typhoid fever. Discussion: The implementation of warm compresses in typhoid fever patients with hyperthermia can be applied because it is more effective in lowering body temperature in children.
