Family support is one of the determinants of the successful recovery of a patient's condition because it reflects the family's efforts in accompanying patients undergoing their daily lives. This study aims to determine various factors that correlate with the support of family caregiver for family members suffering from mental disorders. Families who accompanied the patients while undergoing outpatient care were sampled, totaling 144, determined using a non probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The results showed the majority of family support for sufferers is still lacking, there is a relationship of age, level of education, knowledge and work status with family support but there is no correlation between sex caregiver with support provided by the family. It is recommended that families pay more attention to sufferers in biological, psychological, social and spiritual aspects. This Study aims to the description of patient satisfaction for health care on Hospital Palembang. This research was a quantitative descriptive study with a descriptive survey design. The research sample was 154 respondents, selected through cluster sampling. Data collection was done through the HCAHPS questionnaire. Univariat analysis used in this study. The results showed that the average percentage of patient satisfaction from six aspects was 85.37 %, with the highest percentage of satisfaction in the aspect of doctor services 92.37% followed by Nursing services 90.22%, hospital services 86.20%, patient experience services at the Hospital 82.68%, and aspects of providing information 80.86% and the lowest percentage of satisfaction in the aspect of hospital rank 79.92%. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the level of development of children who were educated at the Indonesian natural school in Palembang and at the school of the 01 TK Pembina. This research was conducted by using quantitative research methods by using a comparative study research design that is a study that compares existing phenomena to look for factors that cause a particular process to arise. The sampling method in this study used total was 30 samples consisting of 15 natural school samples and 15 conventional school samples.
