Sebagian besar anak remaja wanita mengalami gangguan psikologis adalah diakibatkan kompleknya atribut wanita remaja karena perubahan fisiologis tubuh baik yang diharapkan ataupun karena perjalanan usia, salah satu diantaranya faktor terbanyak masalah psikologis datangnya masa menstruasi. Tujuan Penelitian secara umum diperolehnya informasi tentang Resiko yang berhubungan dengan gangguan psikologis masa menstruasi pada anak remaja siswi. Secara khusus diketahuinya hubungan umur pertamakali menstruasi, Berat Badan, siklus menstruasi, rasa nyeri masa menstruasi dengan gangguan psikologis pada anak remaja siswi SMAN 4 Baturaja. Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus yang bersipat eksploratif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional tentang gangguan psikologis masa menstruasi pada anak remaja siswi SMAN 4 Baturaja, dengan Subjek penelitian anak remaja siswi kelas X, XI dan XII berjumlah 383 orang. Hasil penelitian ada hubungan umur pertamakali menstruasi dengan gangguan psikologis pada anak remaja siswi p-value 0,050, ada hubungan berat badan dengan gangguan psikologis pada anak remaja siswi p-value 0,004, ada hubungan siklus menstruasi dengan gangguan menstruasi pada anak remaja siswi p-value 0,002, ada hubungan nyeri masa menstruasi dengan gangguan psikologis pada anak remaja siswi p-value 0,000. Disarankan; Untuk mengurangi rasa cemas pada anak remaja siswi SMAN 4 Baturaja masa menstruasi, perlu dilakukan penyuluhan dari petugas Puskesmas yang ada diwilayah sekolah tentang kesehatan reproduksi, untuk lebih lanjut petugas kesehatan dapat memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan pada anak sekolah mulai dari dasar, karena usia pertamakali menstruasi dapat terjadi pada umur < 10 tahun, Untuk intervensi mengatasi stress pada anak remaja siswi, tidak hanya oleh petugas kesehatan, akan tetapi guru merupakan orang yang paling dekat dengan anak remaja di lingkungan sekolah, oleh karena itu perlu dilaksanakan pelatihan guru, dari tingkat SD, SMP dan SMA tentang ; Stress dan adaptasi, kesehatan reproduksi, sehingga peran guru dapat secara langsung memberikan layanan kepada anak remaja siswi sebagai bentuk layanan sekolash. Perlunya melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan pada anak remaja yang mengalami keterlambatan menstruasi, untuk deteksi dini terhadap kelainan reproduksi, dengan deteksi dini dapat mengurangi kecemasan dan menurunkan angka resiko kelainan pada alat reproduksi pada anak remaja.
