Dengan adanya kemajuan Ilmu pengetahuan dan Teknologi di zaman modern saat ini, penggunaan KPSP untuk mendeteksi dini tumbuh kembang anak batita yang salah satu diantaranya deteksi perkembangan bicara dan bahasa dapat dikembangkan melalui suatu aplikasi mobile Deteksi Dini Speech Delay berbasis android (SKRIANTENG-MOBILE). Tujuan : dengan adanya aplikasi tersebut dapat meningkatkan minat ibu-ibu di rumah untuk dapat mendeteksi dini secara mandiri akan adanya kemungkinan Speech Delay pada anak batitanya sehingga interenvensi dini dapat segera dilakukan. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview), Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dari penelitian ini berasal dari subjek (informan) ibu yang memiliki anak batita usia 1-3 tahun dan narasumber penelitian (Key informan) bidan yang bekerja di Posyandu.
