Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien yang menjalani hemodialisa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RS. Siti Khadijah Palembang, dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah teknik non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling sebanyak 62 pasien. Hasil analisi menggunakan uji correlation person-spearman’s, uji regresi linear, uji maan whitney dan uji kruskal wallis test. Menunjukan adanya hubungan bermakna antara kadar hemoglobin dengan kualitas hidup responden yang menjalani hemodialisa (p value 0,000) dan hubungan yang kuat (r = 0,647) nilai r menunjukkan semakin tinggi kadar Hb semakin tinggi nilai kualitas hidup. Besaran koefisien determinasi (R Square) hb adalah 38,7 % Hb berarti 38,7% Hb menentukan nilai kualitas hidup responden yang menjalani hemodialisa, sisahnya 61,3 % ditentukan faktor lain. Pada persamaan garis regresi linear sederhana, nilainya sebesar (6,339 Hb) artinya bahwa setiap penurunan kadar Hb 1% maka nilai kualitas hidup responden akan menurun sebesar 6,339 Hb. Tidak terdapat hubungan bermakna antara usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan lama menjalani hemodialisa. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan bagi perawat hemodialisa dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis dan memberikan edukasi, dorongan motivasi pada pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis. Hypertension is the biggest comorbid factor causing death from COVID-19. The high prevalence of hypertension cases cannot be separated from the role of self-efficacy. Self-efficacy is a strong factor and can be used to predict and explain a person's health behavior. Purposes: The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to the self-efficacy of patients with hypertension during the COVID-19 period. Method: Using descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach of 78 respondents. Data collection used a demographic data questionnaire, a Self-Efficacy for Hypertension Management questionnaire, and a PSS-10 questionnaire (Perceived Stress Scale-10). The results of the analysis using the Chi-Square Test, T-Independent Test, and the Mann-Whitney U Test. Result: It shows that the average respondent is 60.15 years old, female 67.9%, low educated 59%, unemployed 69.2%, BMI 24.21 kg/m², has a history of hypertension in the family 56.4%, old suffering from hypertension 7.44 years, no complications of comorbidities 71.8%, mild stress 51.3%, married 87.2% and living with family (100%), high self-efficacy 75.5%. The results of the analysis showed that age (p value 0.608), gender (p value 0.369), occupation (p value 1,000), education (p value 0.007), nutritional status (p value 0.126), history of hypertension (p value 0.238), age suffering from hypertension (p value 0.724), complications (p value 0.024), marital status (p value 0.719), stress (p value 0.025).Conclusion: It was concluded that the factors of age, gender, occupation, nutritional status, history of hypertension, length of suffering, marital status were not related to self-efficacy. There is a relationship between education, complications, and stress factors with self-efficacy. The results of this study can be used for health workers to provide education about hypertension, so that it is expected to improve self-efficacy for patients with hypertension. Results: There is a significant relationship between physical activity and the menstrual cycle. There is a relationship between the age of menarche and the menstrual cycle. Discussion and suggestions: The physical activity variable in Athalla Putra Palembang Health Vocational School students is classified as the majority having moderate physical activity so that the results show that most have regular menstrual cycles. For the variable age of menarche, it shows that the average student has a normal age of menarche. Body Mass Index is a variable that has no relationship with the menstrual cycle because there is a gap in the number of samples where most of the respondents have normal BMI values. Understanding the risk factors associated with the incidence of hypertension will help in effective prevention efforts. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinants of hypertension in the elderly at the working area of the Padang Selasa Public Health Center in Palembang in 2021. Methods : Using analytical survey research method with cross sectional design. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique as many as 106 respondents. The results of bivariate analysis using chi-square test and multivariate using binary logistic regression. Results : Bivariate analysis showed that the variables that were statistically significantly related to hypertension in the elderly were heredity history and the incidence of stress with p<0.05. Meanwhile, the results of multivariate analysis showed that heredity (OR=0.089; p=0.0005; 95% CI= 0.033-0.239) was the most dominant factor in the incidence of hypertension in the elderly elderly at the working area of the Padang Selasa Public Health Center in Palembang in 2021. Elderly people with a history of heredity have a higher risk (OR 12.008) than the elderly who do not have a history of heredity. Burnout is mental fatigue that lasts long enough. Purposes: This study aims to identify the determinant factors associated with burnout in nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods: This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional design, with a sample size of 63 respondents and the sampling method is purposive sampling. Bivariate data analysis with chi square and multivariate with logistic regression. Results: Bivariate analysis showed that the variables statistically significantly related to nursing burnout were age, marital status and self-efficacy with p<0.05. While the results of the multivariate analysis showed that self-efficacy (RP 0.029; 95% CI 0.004-0.197) was the most dominant factor causing nurse burnout at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang. Burnout in nurses with low self-efficacy has a risk seven times (OR 7,000) higher than nurses with high self-efficacy. Discussion and suggestions: In this study, most nurses experienced burnout. Self efficacy is the most related factor to nurse burnout. Burnout in nurses with low self efficacy has a risk seven times higher than nurses with high self efficacy, but burnout is also influenced by age and marital status. The incidence of postpartum blues at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang in 2019 was 46.7%. If the postpartum blues don't go away, this situation can develop into postpartum depression. Research Objectives: To analyze the factors that can cause postpartum blues at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang in 2021. Research Methods: The design of this study was quantitative analytical survey with a cross�sectional approach with a sample size of 60 people using purposive sampling. Results: The results of statistical tests using chi-square show that there are 3 variables that are related, namely age (p value = 0.015) parity (p value = 0.000) and social support (p value = 0.001) with postpartum blues and there are 3 variables that have no relationship The significant ones were education (p value = 0.987), occupation (p value = 0.528), and type of delivery (p value = 0.842) with postpartum blues. Discussion & Suggestion: After the birth process the mother's responsibility increases with the presence of a newborn baby and causes the mother to experience sudden mood swings, feel sad, uneasy, lonely and cry for no reason, the parity factor affects the mother's experience in taking care of her baby so the support and attention of the family is needed by the mother.
