According to (Sarwono, 2012) adolescence is a transition from puberty to
adulthood. In young women, one of the physical changes is the occurrence
of puberty which is marked by menstruation. According to (Rosyida, 2019),
menstruation or menstruation is periodic and cyclic bleeding from the
uterus, accompanied by the release (desquamation) of the endometrium.
Dysmenorrhea is pain or severe pain in the lower abdomen that occurs
when a woman experiences her menstrual cycle. (Ratnawati, 2018). The
design of this study used an Analytical Survey design with a cross-sectional
approach. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling
using purposive sampling as many as 178 respondents. Data collection
using the DASS questionnaire (Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale) and
the Dysmenorrhea Questionnaire. shows the average respondent with
normal stress category is 97 (54.5%) respondents, the incidence of
dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls with mild pain category is 133 (74.7%)
respondents. The results of the analysis showed that there was a
relationship between stress levels and the incidence of dysmenorrhea (p =
0.000). It was concluded that there was a relationship between stress levels
and the incidence of dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls as indicated by p
Value (0.000) (0.005). The results of this study are expected to add insight
for young women about stress levels and dysmenorrhea</text>

                <text>ABSTRACT
Background: Hypertension is a cardiovascular problem with a very high prevalence, including in Indonesia. Hypertension is the biggest comorbid factor causing death from COVID-19. The high prevalence of hypertension cases cannot be separated from the role of self-efficacy. Self-efficacy is a strong factor and can be used to predict and explain a person's health behavior. Purposes: The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related to the self-efficacy of patients with hypertension during the COVID-19 period. Method: Using descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach of 78 respondents. Data collection used a demographic data questionnaire, a Self-Efficacy for Hypertension Management questionnaire, and a PSS-10 questionnaire (Perceived Stress Scale-10). The results of the analysis using the Chi-Square Test, T-Independent Test, and the Mann-Whitney U Test. Result: It shows that the average respondent is 60.15 years old, female 67.9%, low educated 59%, unemployed 69.2%, BMI 24.21 kg/m², has a history of hypertension in the family 56.4%, old suffering from hypertension 7.44 years, no complications of comorbidities 71.8%, mild stress 51.3%, married 87.2% and living with family (100%), high self-efficacy 75.5%. The results of the analysis showed that age (p value 0.608), gender (p value 0.369), occupation (p value 1,000), education (p value 0.007), nutritional status (p value 0.126), history of hypertension (p value 0.238), age suffering from hypertension (p value 0.724), complications (p value 0.024), marital status (p value 0.719), stress (p value 0.025).Conclusion: It was concluded that the factors of age, gender, occupation, nutritional status, history of hypertension, length of suffering, marital status were not related to self-efficacy. There is a relationship between education, complications, and stress factors with self-efficacy. The results of this study can be used for health workers to provide education about hypertension, so that it is expected to improve self-efficacy for patients with hypertension.</text>

                <text>ABSTRACT
Dysmenorrhea is pain or severe pain in the lower abdomen that occurs when
women are menstruating. Pain usually lasts for a while during menstruation until
the end of the menstrual cycle. Continuous pain makes the sufferer unable to
move. Some young women experience pain during menstruation (dysmenorrhea),
in Indonesia alone the incidence of dysmenorrhea is quite large, showing that 60-
70% of dysmenorrhea sufferers (Lail, 2019). Based on research (Elvira, 2019), at
SMA Negeri Purwodadi, Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra, it showed that of
the 48 students who experienced dysmenorrhea, 18.8% had severe pain, 68.8%
had moderate pain and 12.5% had mild pain. . To overcome dysmenorrhea pain
can be done by pharmacological and non-pharmacological. One way to reduce
dysmenorrhea pain non-pharmacologically is yoga asanas. The purpose of this
study was to determine the effect of yoga asanas on dysmenorrhea pain. This
study uses a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pre-test post-test design
with a sampling technique, namely accidental sampling. The population in this
study were all grade 11 students who had dysmenorrhea. This research was
conducted using a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pre-test post-test
design. The sample size used in this study was 19 samples consisting of 8 samples
of the control group and 11 samples of the intervention group using the MannWhitney U and Wilcoxon t-Independent sample tests. The results of this study
showed that there was no difference in dysmenorrhea pain in the intervention and
control groups with p values (0.373) and (0.915) and there was no difference in
dysmenorrhea pain pre-test and post-test in the two groups with p values (0.102)
and (0.317). so it can be concluded that there is no effect of yoga asanas on
dysmenorrhea pain in 11th grade students who experience dysmenorrhea. The
researcher suggested to the manager of the Athalla Putra Health Vocational
School in Palembang to pay more attention to the incidence of dysmenorrhea
experienced in adolescent girls, for further researchers to use a larger sample and
the implementation of yoga asanas for more than one day</text>

Hypertension is a condition in which a person experiences an increase in
blood pressure above normal which results increase in morbidity and mortality.
One way that can overcome high blood pressure is non-pharmacological therapy
such as giving a combination of Benson relaxation techniques and celery boiled
water. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the combination of
Benson relaxation techniques and giving celery boiled water on the blood
pressure of hypertension sufferers in the Working Area of the Makrayu Health
Center Palembang. This study uses the True Experiment method with pretest
posttest design with control group design. The sampling technique used is Simple
Random Sampling, the number of respondents is 30 people. Data was collected by
measuring blood pressure before and after giving a combination of Benson
relaxation techniques and celery boiled water. The analysis used is Univariate
and Bivariate analysis with Mann-Withney test. The results of this study indicate
that there is an effect of the combination of Benson's relaxation technique and the
provision of celery boiled water on diastolic blood pressure (p value 0.025) and
no effect on systolic blood pressure (p value 0.178). From the results of this study,
the combination of Benson's relaxation technique and celery boiled water was
effective in reducing diastolic blood pressure in hypertensive patients in the Work
Area of the Merdeka Health Center in Palembang. It is expected that patients with
hypertension apply a combination of Benson relaxation techniques and celery
boiled water as an alternative to lower blood pressure.</text>

Old age is a phase of decline in intellectual and physical abilities, and
experiencing structural and functional damage to the large arteries that carry
blood away from the heart causes more severe hardening of the arteries and high
blood pressure. Hypertension is a condition in which a person experiences an
increase in blood pressure above normal which results in an increase in
morbidity and mortality The purpose of this study was to determine the
effectiveness of giving garlic boiled water on blood pressure in the elderly with
hypertension at the Harapan Kita Elderly Social Institution in Palembang City.
This study uses a quasi-experimental research design with a non-equivalent
control group design. The sampling technique in this study was non-porbality
sampling with a purposive sampling approach. With a sample of 15 respondents
in the intervention group and 15 respondents in the control group. Analysis of the
data in this study used the Mann Withney U statistical test. Based on the results of
the analysis using the Mann Withney U parametric test, the average blood
pressure before and after administration of garlic boiled water with p Value =
0.000 for systolic blood pressure and p Value = 0.002 for diastolic blood
pressure., where the p value of systolic and diastolic blood pressure is smaller
than the value of (0.05) which means that there is a significant effect between the
administration of garlic boiled water and systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
There is a significant difference in the average blood pressure before and after
giving garlic boiled water. The results of this study can be input for the caretaker

Hypertension or High Blood Pressure is a problem that has a high risk of causing
coronary heart disease, kidney failure and stroke. Handling hypertension can be
done pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically with lavender aromatherapy.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving lavender
aromatherapy on blood pressure in patients with hypertension at the Alang-Alang
Lebar Public Health Center Palembang. Using the Quasy-Experimental method
with a non-equivalent control group design. The number of respondents as many
as 30 people were taken by purpose sampling which was divided into two groups.
The treatment group was given lavender aromatherapy using a diffuser
containing 5 drops of lavender essential oil and 20 ml of water for 10 minutes.
Data was collected by measuring blood pressure before and after giving lavender
aromatherapy. The analysis used is Univariate and Bivariate analysis with MannWithney test.
The results of this study indicate that the systolic blood pressure in the treatment
and control groups using the Mann-Withney test is known to have a P value of
0.001 and the diastolic blood pressure of the treatment and control groups shows
a P value of 0.003 where the p value < 0.05 indicates that the P value of systolic
and diastolic blood pressure smaller than 0.05.
The conclusion from the results of the study was that there was an effect of giving
lavender aromatherapy on blood pressure in patients with hypertension at the

                <text>ABSTRACT
Background: In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, the need of nurses in hospitals
has increased along with the increasing number of Covid cases. The positive case
data in Indonesia as of June 1st, 2021 reached 1,826,527. As a service provider,
nurses in dealing with Covid patients must still provide professional services.
QNWL can describe the extent of the working life quality of nurses that affected
the performance of the organization, including the turnover rate of nurses.
Objective: to find the relationship between QNWL and turnover at Muhammadyah
Palembang Hospital. Methods: using an analytical descriptive research design with
a cross sectional approach. The sample contains 70 respondents with purposive
sampling technique who works in non-intensive and intensive inpatient rooms. Data
is collected by using the standard QNWL and Anticipated Turnover Scale
questionnaires. Data is analysed by using Fisher’s Exact Test. Results: The overall
level of QNWL of nurses and QNWL dimensions are in the good category, yet the
work world dimension and the level of nurse turnover intention are in the low
category and there is no relationship between QNWL and nurse turnover.
Discussion and Suggestion: QNWL is not the main factor in the intention of nurse
turnover during the Covid-19 pandemic in this study, but there are other factors that
influence the turnover such as increased workload, inappropriate compensation,
negative stigma on society, mental burden and factors of age, gender, marital status,
education level, workspace and length of work that trigger nurses for intending the
turnover. Based on the results of this study, further research should be carried out
qualitatively by using more variables and larger samples so that the expected results
can be more optimal. </text>

                <text>ABSTRACT
Background : Postpartum blues is a mild affective disorder syndrome that
appears in the first week after delivery. The incidence of postpartum blues at
Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang in 2019 was 46.7%. If the postpartum
blues don't go away, this situation can develop into postpartum depression.
Research Objectives: To analyze the factors that can cause postpartum
blues at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang in 2021. Research Methods:
The design of this study was quantitative analytical survey with a crosssectional approach with a sample size of 60 people using purposive
sampling. Results: The results of statistical tests using chi-square show that
there are 3 variables that are related, namely age (p value = 0.015) parity (p
value = 0.000) and social support (p value = 0.001) with postpartum blues
and there are 3 variables that have no relationship The significant ones were
education (p value = 0.987), occupation (p value = 0.528), and type of
delivery (p value = 0.842) with postpartum blues. Discussion &
Suggestion: After the birth process the mother's responsibility increases
with the presence of a newborn baby and causes the mother to experience
sudden mood swings, feel sad, uneasy, lonely and cry for no reason, the
parity factor affects the mother's experience in taking care of her baby so the
support and attention of the family is needed by the mother. The results of
this study are expected to be used as input for considering policies regarding
early detection or screening for the possibility of postpartum blues to
postpartum mothers and the screening can be part of a permanent
assessment of postpartum mothers at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang</text>
