Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengambil 2 orang pasien Asma Bronchiale untuk menjadi responden penelitian. Pemberian posisi semi fowler pada pasien asma telah dilakukan sebagai salah satu cara untuk membantu mengurangi sesak napas. Keefektifan dari tindakan tersebut dapat dilihat dari Respiratory Rates yang menunjukkan angka normal yaitu 16-24x per menit pada usia dewasa (Ruth, 2005). Tujuan studi kasus ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan senam lansia untuk menurunkan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Perumnas Lubuk Tanjung Kota Lubuklinggau Tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode pendekatan studi kasus. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah dua orang lansia di Puskesmas Perumnas Lubuk Tanjung yang sedang menderita hipertensi. Adapun kriteria subyek dalam studi kasus ini adalah klien dalam keadaan gejala hipertensi. Klien yang usia lebih dari 50 tahun. Hasil analisis dalam studi ini dengan tentang penurunan tekanan darah tinggi pada lansia. Berdasarkan hasil studi kasus, diketahui bahwa sesudah dilakukan intervensi keperawatan dengan penerapan senam lansia, maka terjadi penurunan tekanan darah yang dialami oleh subyek. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan keluarga yaitu pengkajian, diganosa keperawatan, intervensi, dan evaluasi pada dua orang sampel sebagai subjek penelitian. Penerapan perawatan kulit dengan baby oil diberikan kepada kedua subjek dalam intervensi keperawatan keluarga. Diagnosa utama pada utama pada dermatititis adalah gangguan integritas kulit. Hasil penelitian diperoleh terdapat perbaikan integritas kulit setelah diberikan perawatan dengan baby oil dan disertai pemberian obat. Diharapkan perawat dapat menerapkan teknik perawatan kulit pada anak dengan dermatitis dengan tetap mempertahankan kelembaban kulit anak. Kata Kunci: Dermatitis, Baby Oil, Integritas Kulit, Perawatan Keluarga The prevalence of atopic dermatitis is estimated at 15-30% in children and 2-10% in adults and the incidence of atopic dermatitis has increased two to threefold in the last three decades in developing countries. The problem that often arises in children with dermatitis is damage to skin integrity due to irritation of dermatitis. Treatment can be performed on cultures experiencing irritation of dermatitis, for example by using Baby oil. This research method uses a case study design using a family nursing care approach namely nursing assessment, intervention, intervention, and evaluation of two samples as the subject of the study. Application of skin care with baby oil is given to both subjects in a family nursing intervention. The main diagnosis in the main dermatititis is a disorder of skin integrity. The results of the study found that there was an improvement in skin integrity after being treated with baby oil and accompanied by drug administration. It is expected that nurses can apply skin care techniques to children with dermatitis while maintaining the moisture of the child's skin. Selain peran tenaga medis seperti dokter yang mendiagnosis penyakit pasien dan memberikan terapi pengobatan, peran tenaga keperawatan juga sangat penting sebagai partner dokter yang selalu merawat pasien 24 jam dan mengetahui kondisi langsung pasien yang dirawatnya dalam penatalaksanaan cedera kepala ringan khususnya nyeri. salah satu tindakan keperawatan untuk memberikan rasa nyaman dan menurunkan nyeri kepala akut pada pasien cedera kepala ringan adalah dengan melakukan latihan relaksasi nafasa dalam atau dengan teknik distraksi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan medikal bedah yaitu pengkajian, diganosa keperawatan, intervensi, dan evaluasi pada dua orang sampel sebagai subjek penelitian. Penerapan teknik distraksi nafas dalam dilakukan kepada kedua subjek dalam implementasi keperawatan. Diagnosa utama pada utama pada Cidera Kepala Ringan adalah Nyeri Akut. Hasil penelitian diperoleh terdapat penurunan skala nyeri setelah diintervensi teknik distraksi nafas dalam dan disertai pemberian obat. Diharapkan perawat dapat menerapkan teknik non farmakologi terlebih dahulu sebelum pemberian terapi pengobatan sehingga dapat menurunkan ketergantungan terhadap obat dalam perawatan pasien cidera kepala ringan. This research method uses a case study design using the approach of medical surgical nursing care namely assessment, nursing care, intervention, and evaluation of two samples as the subject of the study. The application of deep breathing distraction techniques was carried out on both subjects in the implementation of nursing. The main diagnosis in the main mild head injury is acute pain. The results of this study showed that there was a decrease in pain scale after the intervention of deep breath distraction techniques and accompanied by drug administration. It is expected that nurses can apply non-pharmacological techniques before giving treatment therapy so that it can reduce dependence on drugs in the treatment of mild head injury patients. Penatalaksanaan untuk menurunkan skala nyeri pada kedua subjek intervensi yang diberikan yaitu pemberian range of motion . Intervensi pendukung yang dilakukan yaitu observasi keadaan umum pasien, pertahankan mobilisasi bagian yang sakit dengan tirah baring, tinggikan dan lingkungan yang aman , kaji keluhan ketidak nyamanan, termasuk intensitas, dan kolaborasi dengan dokter dalam pemberian terapi analgetik non narkotik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadinya peningkatan pergerakan pada kedua subjek setelah dilakukan intervensi dengan range of motion . Stroke is the third leading cause of death after heart and cancer WHO data in 2001 recorded more than 4.6 million deaths worldwide, of which three deaths occurred in developing countries.The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of nursing care for range of motion in stroke patients. This research method uses case study design using nursing care approaches namely assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Management to reduce pain scale in both subjects given intervention is the provision of range of motion. Supporting interventions carried out are observation of the general condition of the patient, maintaining the mobilization of the affected part with bed rest, elevation and a safe environment, assessing discomfort complaints, including intensity, and collaboration with doctors in the provision of non-narcotic analgesic therapy. The results showed that there was an increase in movement in both subjects after intervention with range of motion. It is expected that nurses who are in the puskesmas Karang Jaya can apply the range of motion. Hasil studi kasus ini menemukan bahwa pada asma bronchial masalah keperawatan yang sering ditemukan pasien mengeluh sesak napas dan di diagnosa keperawatan ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan nafas. Sehingga intervensi yang diberikan yaitu pemberian istirahat, terapi oksigen dan kolaborasi pemberian nebulizer. Hasil studi kasus ini menunjukkan penurunan sesak nafas, yaitu dengna penurunan respirasi rate 35-40 x/menit menjadi 22-24 x/menit pasien menunjukkan tidak gelisah dan tidak pucat.
